    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Habiéndose intentado, por parte del Servicio de Inspección Tributaria, la notificación del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;inicio de actuaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;comprobación limitada y del procedimiento sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;, respecto a los&amp;nbsp; Impuestos que se relacionan, conforme al artículo 112.2 de la Ley General Tributaria (58/2003, de 17 de diciembre) y otras disposiciones concordantes y de aplicación, dado que no se ha podido practicar, &lt;/span&gt;se comunica a &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;las personas que se relacionaran&lt;/span&gt; que se les concede el tramite de audiencia previa, para que en el termino de &lt;strong&gt;15 días a contar desde el siguiente al de la notificación de esta comunicación,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; 15 días naturales contados desde el siguiente al de la publicación&lt;/span&gt; en la sede electrónica o la publicación del anuncio en el correspondiente &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; comparezcan en persona o mediante representante en este Ayuntamiento, Plaza de Santa Eulalia, 9 - 1r (Servicio de Inspección Tributaria) &lt;/span&gt;o puedan alegar lo que convenga en su derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Transcurrido dicho plazo sin comparecer, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales el día siguiente al del vencimiento del plazo señalado. i se dictará el acuerdo de resolución que proceda, que será notificado en tiempo y forma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
