    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Os notifico que por resolución del regidor delegado de fecha de hoy, se ha resuelto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;‘Vistas las alegaciones presentadas por 
  &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;, como delegada del personal de Ayuntamiento por parte del sindicato de UGT, con registro de entrada número 2433 de fecha 6 de mayo de 2013,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vistas las alegaciones presentadas por 
  &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;, en nombre y representación de la sección sindical de CCOO con registro de entrada número 2551 de fecha 9 de mayo de 2013;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto que el representante de personal laboral el señor 
  &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt; no presenta alegaciones en el plazo establecido;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y es por lo que,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PRIMERO. Acordar la nueva redacción y aprobar la modificación de las BASES QUE REGIRAN EL CONCURSO-OPOSICIÓN PARA LA FORMACIÓN DEUNA BOLSA DE TRABAJO PARA LA COBERTURA DE PLAZAS DE AYUDANTE DE CONSERVACIÓN, MANTENIMIENTO Y OFICIOS O DE AGRUPACIONES SIN REQUISITO DE TITUACIÓN QUE QUEDEN VACANTES TEMPORALMENTE POR JUBILACIONES PARCIALES O POR SUSTITUCIONES TEMPORALES DENTRO DE ESTA CATEGORÍA PROFESIONAL, CON CARÁCTER DE PERSONAL LABORAL O FUNCIONARIO, SEGÚN PROCEDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;TERCERO. Publicar anuncio para hacer pública esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y a un diario de prensa local, confiriendo un plazo de cinco días naturales desde la publicación en el&amp;nbsp; BOIB de la modificación de las bases de la convocatoria para que las personas que NO SE PRESENTARON EN LA CONVOCATORIA ANTERIOR puedan presentar, si lo desean, solicitud de participación al proceso selectivo, y para que las personas que SI SE PRESENTARON A LA CONVOCATORIA MANIFIESTEN SI QUIEREN PRESENTARSE A LA BOLSA DE PERSONAL DE AYUDANTE DE CONSERVACIÓN, MANTENIMIENTO Y OFICIOS, O A LA BOLSA DE AGRUPACIONES SIN REQUISITO DE TITULACIÓN DE CARÁCTER BUROCRÁTICO O ADMINISTRATIVO, O A las dos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;CUARTO. Mantener las solicitudes de participación que ya se presentaron y, una vez transcurrido el nuevo plazo de cinco días naturales elaborar la correspondiente relación de personas admitidas y excluidas y continuar el procedimiento de selección con la mayor urgencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;QUINTO.- Notificarlo a los representantes de personal.’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
