    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 63, de 6 de mayo de 2013, debido a una serie de problemas técnicos, se produjo una errata en el Sumario consistente en la enumeración de un edicto &amp;nbsp;pero que no fue publicado en el cuerpo del Butlletí. Este edicto se publicó en el &amp;nbsp;Butlletí núm. 64, de día 7 de mayo de 2013. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Del art. 3 del Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el cual se regula el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, así como del art. 3.2 del Decreto 6/2013, de 2 de mayo, del presidente de les Illes Balears, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears, se desprende que la Secretaria General de la Consejería de Presidencia es la encargada del &lt;em&gt;Butlletí&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo lo visto, de acuerdo con los arts. 19.2 i 19.4 del Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio por el cual es regula el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; Rectificar la errata advertida en el Sumario &amp;nbsp;del &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 63, de 6 de mayo de 2013, &amp;nbsp;que queda redactado de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EN LA VERSIÓN CASTELLANA DEL SUMARIO, &lt;/strong&gt;en la página 466 se debe suprimir el párrafo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Publicar esta corrección de erratas en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, debiendo aparecer como primer edicto del número correspondiente para una mejor difusión.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tercer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Publicar en la página web del &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, junto con el sumario pdf erróneo un ejemplar del sumario corregido en la versión lingüística respectiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
