    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p class="western" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.35cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Menorca de fech&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;a 6/5/2013, ha apro&lt;/span&gt;bado el pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares y de prescripciones técnicas del &lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;contrato reservado de servicios de informadores controladores de los accesos a las playas de cala en Turqueta, son Saura, Macarella, la Vall y Binimel·là&lt;/span&gt;, por procedimiento abierto y tramitación ordinaria, los cuales se exponen al público por un plazo de DIEZ (10) días contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB, al objeto de que las personas interesadas puedan examinarlo y presentar las reclamaciones que estimen convenientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Los trabajos se realizarán mediante un contrato reservado de acuerdo con la disposición adicional quinta del &lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;TRLCSP, para favorecer la inserción laboral de colectivos vulnerables en el marco de las políticas activas de trabajo y del reto de la cohesión social, y considerando que en Menorca hay centros especiales de ocupación que, dada la naturaleza de los trabajos que se han de realizar, que no requieren un personal con una alta cualificación profesional, podrán asumir este servicio. El contrato reservado es un tipo de contrato al cual solo pueden optar empresas o entidades que cumplan determinados requisitos de tipo social. El TRLCSP permite establecer contratos reservados con centros especiales de ocupación o programas de empleo protegido con un mínimo del 70% de las personas trabajadoras con discapacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
