    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Habiendo recibido&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;comunicación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;del Tribunal Superior&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de Justicia de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Islas Baleares, manifestando&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;la finalización del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;mandato&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;del juez&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de paz sustituto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de este municipio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;y siendo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;necesario&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;nombrar a una persona&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;para el desarrollo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de este cargo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;durante los próximos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;cuatro años;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de conformidad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;con el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;decreto de Alcaldía&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de fecha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;30-04-2013, se abre un plazo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de quince&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;días, contados&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;a partir del día&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;siguiente al de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;publicación del anuncio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;pertinente sobre&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;el BOIB, para que los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;interesados que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;reúnan los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;requisitos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;establecidos en la Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;6/85&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de 1 de julio, Orgánica del Poder Judicial y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Reglamento de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Jueces de Paz&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;aprobado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;por acuerdo de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;7 de junio de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;1995, puedan presentar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;instancias&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;optando&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;al cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;instancias&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;deberán recoger&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;una declaración&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;responsable del interesado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de reunir todos los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;requisitos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;establecidos por la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;legislación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;vigente en esta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;materia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;y fotocopia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;DNI, debidamente autenticada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Requisitos de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;candidatos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;- Ser español.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;-Mayor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;-No podrán estar incursos en ninguna de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;causas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de incapacidad o&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de incompatibilidad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;que establecen los arts. 303&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;y 389&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de la Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Orgánica&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;del Poder Judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;-No estar impedido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;física o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;psíquicamente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;para el ejercicio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de las funciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;judiciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;-No haber sido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;condenado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;por delito&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;doloso. En&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;caso&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;contrario, este&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;impedimento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;cesará&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;si se ha obtenido&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;la absolución&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;o se hubiera&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;dictado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;la actuación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;sobreseimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
