    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Puesto que no ha sido posible notificar las resoluciones de los expedientes sancionadores que se relacionan a continuación, instruidos por la Consejería de Turismo y Deportes &amp;nbsp;por presuntas infracciones administrativas en materia de turismo, en ejecución de lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común,&amp;nbsp; se notifica a las personas que también se indican a continuación que se ha decidido sancionarlas “atendiendo a las circunstancias de estos casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Calificación de la infracción: Una infracción Leve&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sanción: 400 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se comunica que, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 53 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la CAIB, y el artículo 109 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, estas resoluciones ponen fin a la vía administrativa y, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 116 de la Ley 30/1992, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición frente al órgano competente, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la notificación de las resoluciones, o directamente recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos mesas a contar desde el día siguiente al de la notificación de las resoluciones, de acuerdo con los artículos 8 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción de lo contencioso administrativo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se comunica, además, que tienen que satisfacer estas sanciones mediante ingreso en cualquier oficina de los bancos siguientes: Banco de Crédito Balear, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya, Banca March, Caja de Pensiones “la Caixa” i Caja de Baleares Sa Nostra, para lo que tienen que utilizar el documento unificado de ingreso que se encuentra a su disposición, junto con el expediente completo, en la Sección de Control de Empresas y Actividades Turísticas de la Consejería de Turismo y Deportes (calle de Montenegro, 5, de Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Plazos para efectuar los ingresos (artículo 62 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, general tributaria):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Si la publicación se ha efectuado entre los días 1 y 15 del mes, desde la fecha de publicación hasta el día 20 del mes posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. Si la publicación se ha efectuado entre los días 16 y último del mes, desde la fecha de publicación hasta el día 5 del segundo mes posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si el día del vencimiento es inhábil, los plazos señalados finalizan el día inmediatamente posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las personas interesadas tienen que comunicar a la Consejería de Turismo y Deportes que han hecho el ingreso y deben remitirle fotocopia del documento de ingreso, tramitada por el banco.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 161 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre,&amp;nbsp; general tributaria, en caso de que no se efectúen los ingresos en los plazos establecidos, se iniciará la vía de apremio, la cual determinará la exigencia de los intereses de demora y de los recargos correspondientes, de acuerdo con los artículos 26 y 28 de esta Ley.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
