    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión celebrada en fecha 11 de abril de 2013, adoptó el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“Primero.- Aprobar la creación del fichero denominado “REGISTRO INSULAR DE CELADORES Y CELADORES HONORÍFICOS VINCULADOS Al DEPARTAMENTO DE MEDIO AMBIENTE DEL CONSELL DE MALLORCA”, siguiendo el trámite establecido en el reglamento que desarrolla la Ley Orgánica de Protección de datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Segundo.- Acordar la publicación del acuerdo en el Boletín de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tercero.- Acordar la comunicar a lo Agencia de Protección de Datos la creación del nuevo fichero.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El contenido del fichero creado es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a. Nombre del fichero: “REGISTRO INSULAR DE CELADORES Y CELADORES HONORÍFICOS VINCULADOS Al DEPARTAMENTO DE MEDIO AMBIENTE DEL CONSEJO DE MALLORCA”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b. Finalidad y usos: Tener una base de datos de los celadores que ejercen funciones en la isla de Mallorca para poder hacer actuaciones conjuntas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c. Órgano Responsable: Departamento de Medio ambiente del Consell de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d. Colectivo de personas: Celadores y Celadores honoríficos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e. Procedimiento de recogida de datos: El propio interesado, el titular cinegético de los terrenos donde ejerce las funciones el celador o la propia Administración, con comunicación al interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f. Estructura básica del fichero: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Datos identificativos del interesado (Nombre y apellidos, NIF, Teléfono de contacto, Domicilio de contacto, Datos académicos (certificado de guarda de campo, certificado de celador emitido por el Consell de Mallorca), Licencia de armas, Licencia de caza..)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;II. &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Ámbito de actuación: Sociedad de Cazadores o cotos con el que está relacionados (certificado de relación).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;g. Cesiones: Esta Administración cederá los datos a otras entidades del ámbito de la caza ya sean públicas o privadas, siempre que estas tengan carácter de entidades sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;h. Unidad para ejercer los derechos reconocidos por la LO 15/1999: Servicio de Caza del Departamento de Medio ambiente del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;y. Nivel medidas de seguridad: Bajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;j. Soporte: Papel, informático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
