    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Aprobados por acuerdo de Pleno de fecha 30 de abril de 2013, los Pliegos de cláusulas administrativas particulares y prescripciones técnicas que tienen que regir la adjudicación del contrato, mediante procedimiento abierto, oferta económicamente más ventajosa, con varios criterios de adjudicación, se concede un plazo de quince días naturales para la presentación de ofertas contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación del anuncio de licitación al BOIB. Si el último día fuera inhábil o fuera sábado se prorrogará hasta el primer día hábil. También se publicará el anuncio de licitación en el perfil de contratante del órgano de contratación, al cual se accede mediante la página web del Ayuntamiento de Artà, www.arta.cat, contando, el plazo de presentación de ofertas, a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación del anuncio de licitación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Simultáneamente, durante los diez primeros días naturales siguientes a la publicación del anuncio de licitación en el BOIB se expondrá al público el Pliego de condiciones administrativas particulares para que puedan presentarse reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. - Entidad adjudicadora: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Ayuntamiento de Artà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. - Objeto del contrato:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Concesión administrativa del contrato de gestión de servicios públicos de atención a la primera infancia del término municipal de Artà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Duración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Cuatro años prorrogables por un año más por mutuo acuerdo de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- Tramitación, procedimiento y forma de adjudicación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Urgente, Abierto y Oferta económicamente más ventajosa con varios criterios de adjudicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- Presupuesto base de licitación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; De acuerdo con los pliegos, el presupuesto anual de licitación es de 177.663,82 € y el presupuesto total estimado del contrato es de 710.655,28 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.- Garantías:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Definitiva: el 5% del precio de adjudicación de toda la duración del contrato, IVA excluido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Si el último día del plazo fuera sábado o festivo, se entenderá que concluye el primer día hábil siguiente, a las 13 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Apertura de las ofertas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Ayuntamiento de Artà, el primer día hábil siguiente en que acabe el plazo de presentación de proposiciones y, como máximo, el quinto día hábil siguiente, a las 13:00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10. Criterios de adjudicación y ponderación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los criterios ponderados de adjudicación que se aplicarán para la adjudicación del contrato serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Criterios de adjudicación cuantificables mediante la aplicación de fórmulas: hasta 50,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 25.25pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Por rebaja del precio máximo indicado en el pliego como tipo de licitación: de 0 a 47,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 25.25pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.-Aportación del 1% de la oferta económica a proyectos culturales o medioambientales en los propios centros escolares de 0 a 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Criterios de adjudicación la cuantificación de los cuales depende de un juicio de valor: Hasta 49,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 25.25pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Proyecto de gestión del personal hasta 6 puntos .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 25.25pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Otras mejoras sin coste para el Ayuntamiento (Es necesario incorporar memoria y presupuesto de cada una de las mejoras a considerar), hasta 23 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 25.25pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Planificación de la coordinación pedagógica interna del centro, hasta 6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 25.25pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Proyecto del servicio de atención a la diversidad, hasta 6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 25.25pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. Proyecto de gestión de los servicios complementarios, hasta 4 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 25.25pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6. Descripción de mecanismos de evaluación de la calidad del servicio que se aplicarán, hasta 4,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
