    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 1.&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Objeto&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estas bases tienen por objeto estructurar y establecer los criterios y procedimientos para la concesión de las Becas de formación práctica del Instituto Municipal de Educación y Bibliotecas de Calvià (en adelante IMEB). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 2. Marco legal&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Real Decreto 1493/2011, de 24 de octubre, por el que se regulan los términos y las condiciones de inclusión en el Régimen General de la Seguridad Social de las personas que participen en programas de formación, en desarrollo de lo previsto en la disposición adicional tercera de la Ley 27/2011, de 1 de agosto, sobre actualización, adecuación y modernización del sistema de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Real Decreto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;1707/2011, de 18 de noviembre, por la que se regulan las prácticas académicas externas de los estudiantes universitarios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La convocatoria y bases de estas becas se regulará según lo establecido por la la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 3.- Características&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;- Se convocan&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;becas de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;formación práctica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; en entidades colaboradoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;- La duración de las becas será, con carácter general, del 1 de julio al 31 de agosto de 2013. &lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Habrá posibilidad de prórroga durante el mes de septiembre, sujeto a condiciones presupuestaria y a valoración de la Comisión Mixta de Selección y Seguimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;- El &lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;horario se establecerá según las necesidades de la entidad colaboradora, y las prácticas serán de 80 horas al mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La cuantía de la beca se estipula en 318,20€ mensuales, por 80 horas de prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Las becas ofertadas se publicarán en un catálogo, durante el período de plazos de solicitud, donde se especificará: código, estudios, entidad colaboradora, lugar, funciones y tareas, horario, requisitos, aspectos a valorar, número prácticas ofertadas. Asimismo, durante el plazo de solicitud se podrá ir actualizando el catálogo en caso de haber nuevas ofertas y/o sufrir modificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;- Los estudiantes estarán cubiertos por un s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;eguro de accidente y responsabilidad civil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;b&gt;Objetivos &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Ofrecer una formación práctica en entidades colaboradoras que contribuyan a garantizar una mejor cualificación profesional a estudiantes universitarios y de ciclos formativos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;- Facilitar el conocimiento de la metodología de trabajo adecuada a la realidad profesional en la que los estudiantes habrán de operar, contrastando y aplicando los conocimientos adquiridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;- Favorecer el desarrollo de competencias técnicas, metodológicas, personales y participativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;- Obtener una experiencia práctica que facilite la inserción en el mercado de trabajo y mejore su empleabilidad futura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Favorecer los valores de la innovación, la creatividad y el emprendimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 0.35cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 5.&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Requisitos de los solicitantes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;1- Ser estudiante universitario de diplomatura, licenciatura o grado, o estudiante de formación profesional del sistema educativo, matriculado en cualquier universidad o centro público o privado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;En caso de estudiantes de ciclos formativos, estar matriculado en el segundo curso o equivalente del ciclo formativo correspondiente plan LOE o del ciclo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; formativo plan LOGSE. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;En caso de estudiantes universitarios, haber superado como mínimo el 50% de la formación según el plan de estudios conducente a la titulación de referencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2- Estar empadronado en el municipio de Calvià en primera o segunda residencia con una antigüedad mínima a 1 de enero de 2013 o bien acreditar el pago de impuestos municipales del año 2012, por parte del solicitante o familiares de 1r grado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3- Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con el Ayuntamiento de Calvià, de conformidad a lo que dispuesto en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, en el momento de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Artículo 6.- Requisitos y obligaciones de las entidades colaboradoras &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;- Tendrán la consideración de entidades colaboradoras las empresas privadas y entidades de ámbito privado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;- En cualquier caso, las entidades colaboradoras deberán &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;cumplir la normativa aplicable en materia de legislación laboral, especialmente en materia de contratación y prevención de riesgos laborales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;- La entidad colaboradora deberá ingresar al becario asignado el 50% de la cuantía mensual de la beca, como máximo la primera semana del mes siguiente a la realización de la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;- Las entidades colaboradoras deberán cumplimentar el modelo de solicitud para participar en el programa de becas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;- La realización de las prácticas tendrá como objetivo completar la formación adquirida, mediante la realización de actividades profesionales relacionadas con ella. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;- La entidad colaboradora deberá nombrar, en el seno de la Entidad, un tutor responsable del programa de prácticas del becario. El tutor de la Entidad será una persona vinculada a la misma, con experiencia profesional y los conocimientos necesarios para realizar una tutela efectiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;- La entidad colaboradora podrá solicita la participación en el programa, proponiendo en la hoja de solicitud un becario con carácter nominativo, siempre y cuando cumpla con los requisitos establecidos en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;- El tutor deberá prestar ayuda y asistencia al becario, durante su estancia en la entidadcolaboradora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;A efectos de calificación de la actividad del becario, la entidad colaboradora deberá facilitar la información que le sea requerida por el IMEB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 7.- Documentación a presentar&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para solicitar estas becas se debe presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Anexo I debidamente cumplimentado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Fotocopia del DNI / NIE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Fotocopia del recibo de pago de impuestos municipales del año 2012, por parte del solicitante o familiares de 1r grado, en caso de justificar la residencia a través de este medio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;- En el caso de estudiantes de ciclos formativos: fotocopia y original de la matrícula del curso 2012/2013, expedida por el centro donde cursa los estudios. Y certificado académico del curso anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- En el caso de estudiantes universitarios: extracto académico digital o equivalente donde conste: número de créditos totales aprobados, número de créditos pendientes de realizar y la media académica con escala del 1 al 10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Currículum actualizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Una fotografía tipo carné.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 8&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;b&gt;Criterios generales de selección &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Desde el IMEB se observarán los principios de igualdad, diversidad, y no discriminación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- El perfil del becario deberá adecuarse al lugar de prácticas ofertado, cuyas prácticas irán directamente relacionadas con el contenido académico de los estudios que se están cursando.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Se tendrá presente a la hora de asignar la práctica el orden de preferencias definidas por el becario en el anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- En caso de no encontrar ninguna práctica de interés o entidad colaboradora colaboradora adecuada al perfil, el IMEB no puede asegurar que pueda concretarse la asignación de beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Las entidades receptoras de becarios en prácticas podrán realizar solicitudes nominativas siempre y cuando justifiquen los motivos de la petición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Cuando el becario consiga por iniciativa propia la entidad en la que realizar prácticas, tendrá preferencia absoluta en esa primera selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 9.- Criterios específicos de selección&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;La asignación de las prácticas entre los candidatos se realizará por la c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;omisión mixta de selección y seguimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;, de acuerdo con los principios de transparencia y mérito, siguiendo los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En caso de los estudiantes universitarios: Del extracto académico se puntuará la media del expediente con escala de 1 a 10, con los siguientes baremos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-De 5 a 5,9: 0,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-De 6 a 6,9: 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-De 7 a 7,9: 1,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-De 8 a 8,9: 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-De 9 a 10: 2,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;En caso de los estudiantes de ciclos formativos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Del certificado académico se puntuará la media del expediente con escala de 1 a 10, con los siguientes baremos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-De 5 a 5,9: 0,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-De 6 a 6,9: 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-De 7 a 7,9: 1,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-De 8 a 8,9: 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-De 9 a 10: 2,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En ambos casos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;No haber obtenido con anterioridad la condición de becario del Ayuntamiento o IMEB,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;en este caso se otorgará 0,5 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En caso de empate para el mismo puesto de beca solicitado en el mismo orden de preferencia, tendrán preferencia las personas que acrediten algún tipo de discapacidad, y en caso contrario, se decidirá mediante una entrevista personal en la que se valorará el currículum, la actitud y competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10.- Plazos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las solicitudes deben presentarse del 20 al 31 de mayo de 2013 (ambos inclusive), en: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Registro General del IMEB sito c/ Julià Bujosa Sans, batle, 1 de Calvià, de 9.00 a 14.30 horas de lunes a viernes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Centro Universitario de Calvià sito en C/ Ginesta, 7 Bendinat, de 9.30 a 13.30 horas y de 16.30 a 20.30 horas de lunes a domingo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-y por los canales legalmente establecidos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 11.- Comisión Mixta de Selección y Seguimiento&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las solicitudes presentadas serán valoradas por una Comisión Mixta de Selección y Seguimiento, integrada por dos técnicos del IMEB y otro de la Universitat de les Illes Balears (en el caso de los estudiantes universitarios). La Comisión podrá ser asistida por un representante de la entidad colaboradora a los efectos de valorar la idoneidad del solicitante. La Comisión podrá requerir a los interesados la documentación, precisiones o aclaraciones y pruebas que considere oportunas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Serán excluidas del proceso de selección aquellas solicitudes presentadas fuera de plazo, o que no reúnan los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Realizada la valoración, la Comisión Mixta de Selección y Seguimiento, emitirá la correspondiente propuesta de los solicitantes por orden de preferencia en el acceso a la beca.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Presidenta del IMEB, elevará propuesta de asignación de becas al Consejo Rector para su aprobación. El acuerdo adoptado establecerá las cuantías que correspondan a cada beneficiario, las características de las ayudas y la partida presupuestaria correspondiente, facultando a la Comisión Mixta de Selección y Seguimiento para la aprobación de cualquier cambio que se produzca con posterioridad al citado acuerdo, dando cuenta al Consejo Rector.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 12. Condiciones generales de la beca&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La concesión de una beca de formación práctica no representa ninguna relación contractual entre el becario y el IMEB o la entidad colaboradora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- El protocolo de compromiso, es el documento por el que se regula la realización de los periodos de formación práctica y se formaliza a través de la suscripción del mismo entre el Ayuntamiento de Calvià, la Fundació Universitat de les Illes Balars, si corresponde, y cada entidad colaboradora que acoja becarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La renuncia o anulación de la beca dará lugar a la pérdida de todos los derechos inherentes a la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Las vacantes que se produzcan por anulación o renuncia podrán ser cubiertas con candidatos suplentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- El beneficiario de cualquiera de las ayudas o subvenciones contempladas en estas bases, da su consentimiento para que la solicitud y documentación aportada pueda ser remitida a entidad colaboradoras para la difusión del programa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 13&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;b&gt;Derechos del becario&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- A percibir la ayuda económica que corresponda a la beca, en la forma establecida para cada convocatoria. Dicha ayuda no tendrá en ningún caso la naturaleza de salario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- En el caso de estudiantes universitarios, a beneficiarse de un seguro de accidente y responsabilidad civil. Y los estudiantes de ciclos formativos la inclusión en el Régimen General de la Seguridad Social, conforme lo establecido por el Real Decreto 1493/2011, de 24 de octubre. En ambos casos el IMEB asumirá el coste íntegro de dicha cobertura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- A recibir, a la finalización de las prácticas, una certificación dónde conste la duración y características de las prácticas realizadas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 14&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;b&gt;Obligaciones del becario&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Deberán respetar en todo momento la organización de la entidad colaboradora, cumplir con los horarios y realizar las tareas que se le encomienden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Deberán mantener el contacto con sus tutores en la forma en que éstos lo indiquen y guardar el debido secreto profesional durante su estancia en la entidad colaboradora tanto durante la realización de las prácticas como una vez finalizadas éstas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Deberá comprometerse a la realización de las actividades establecidas en su programa de prácticas, a respetar las normas de seguridad en el trabajo y a hacer un uso responsable del material y equipamientos que la entidad colaboradora pone a su disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Deberá comunicar de inmediato al tutor, o persona que se designe, de cualquier incidencia que afecte al normal desarrollo de la actividad por la que recibe la beca, debiendo mantener en todo momento la actitud y el interés necesarios para un buen aprovechamiento de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- En el caso de renuncia a la beca, deberá ponerlo en conocimiento del tutor designado, con una antelación mínima de diez días a la fecha de la renuncia. Igualmente deberá notificarlo, por escrito a través del registro general de entrada del IMEB. En caso de incumplimiento de cualquiera de las citadas notificaciones, el IMEB podrá dejar de abonar la parte de la asignación económica que haya devengado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Deberá asistir a las reuniones y entrevistas a las que se le convoque desde el programa de becas.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 15. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Funciones de la Comisión Mixta de Selección y Seguimiento&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Serán funciones de la Comisión Mixta de Selección y Seguimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- El análisis y estudio previo de las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La preselección de los solicitantes en base a la documentación presentada y confección de la correspondiente propuesta al Consejo Rector.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La intermediación entre el IMEB, el becario, la entidad colaboradora y las universidades o centros de formación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La supervisión, coordinación y evaluación de las prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Las funciones administrativas y de información inherentes a las prácticas de los becarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La supervisión para asegurar que los pagos se hagan efectivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Cualquier otra de naturaleza análoga no prevista en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 16&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;b&gt;Causas de anulación de la beca&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En caso de comportamiento incorrecto o falta de aprovechamiento de algún becario, la Comisión propondrá la no continuidad de la beca.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En todo caso, será causa de anulación de la beca: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-La comprobación de la falta de veracidad o de alguna otra irregularidad en los datos expuestos por el becario en su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-El incumplimiento por parte del becario de alguna de sus obligaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-La renuncia del beneficiario.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 17.- Crédito presupuestario&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;El IMEB aportará un 50% de la cuantía de beca otorgada. Para atender las obligaciones de contenido económico que se deriven de la concesión de becas objeto de esta convocatoria existe crédito suficiente en la partida 1&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;0-32406-4810001&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; del presupuesto del IMEB del año 2013. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;La cantidad máxima de las subvenciones convocadas es de 50.800€. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;]]</env:contingut>
