&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.01cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1) Nombrar instructor de los expedientes al Sr. Jaume Piña Sirer, a los efectos de posible abstención o recusación previstos en los artículos 28 y 29 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre de RJAPPAC (Régimen jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2) Conceder un plazo de quince días, desde la publicación de este anuncio al BOIB, para identificar al conductor responsable de la infracción, y comunicar sus datos, advirtiéndole que, de no hacerlo, estará obligado al pago de la sanción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3) Caso de ser el conductor del vehículo denunciado, otorgarle quince das naturales, para alegar por escrito lo que estime conveniente para su defensa, con aportación o proposición de las pruebas que considere oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4) Concederle, caso de estar conforme con la denuncia, el beneficio de reducción de un 50% de la multa, haciendo efectivo el importe en el plazo de 15 dias naturales, desde la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
