    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Puesto que no ha sido posible notificar el acuerdo sancionador por incumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 17.1.1 de la Ordenanza Municipal Reguladora de la Convivencia y el Ocio en el Espacio Público por el procedimiento habitual,&amp;nbsp; se procede a su notificación de acuerdo con lo que determina el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común a la persona que se detalla en el anexo adjunto, haciendo constar que con esta publicación se le notifica que se ha dictado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 0.95cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Decreto de Alcaldía número 2012-0260, de fecha 17 de abril de 2012, mediante el cual se ha resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 0.95cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Primero. Sancionar al señor &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; 
  &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;, con DNI &lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;, con una multa de 200 euros, como responsable de una falta de carácter leve por incumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 17.1.1 de la Ordenanza local Reguladora de la Convivencia y el Ocio en el Espacio Público del municipio de Alaior, publicada en el BOIB número 30 de fecha 26 de febrero de 2009, que establece: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;i&gt;consumo de bebidas alcohólicas en la vía pública&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-left: 0.95cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segundo. Notificar la presente resolución al interesado.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Le &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;notifico que una vez transcurridos los plazos mencionados si no se ha efectuado el ingreso se incurrirá en el recargo ejecutivo del 5 % y se iniciará el procedimiento de apremio con el recargo, los intereses de demora y las costas que sean procedentes (art. 28, 163 y siguientes de la Ley 58/2003 General Tributaria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución se puede interponer un recurso de reposición ante la alcaldesa en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 14 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales (Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El expediente puede consultarse en el departamento de Secretaría del Ayuntamiento de Alaior (calle Mayor, 11 de Alaior, tel. 971 37 10 02, ext. 120).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
