    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 59.5 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo común, y dado que se desconoce el domicilio actual de los destinatarios o no han podido ser localizados, mediante este edicto se notifica a las empresas que se indican a continuación que la directora general de Trabajo y Salud Laboral, por delegación del vicepresidente económico, de Promoción Empresarial y de Empleo (BOIB 153/2011), ha dictado una resolución sobre los expedientes sancionadores que también se indican, la cual se puede recoger en las oficinas del Departamento de Sanciones de la Dirección General de Salud Laboral (pl. de Son Castelló, 1 2º, 07009 Palma). Horario de atención al público: de 9 a 14 horas, de lunes a viernes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Contra estas resoluciones, que agotan la vía administrativa, puede interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la directora general de Trabajo y Salud Laboral en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente una demanda ante los juzgados de orden social en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, sin perjuicio de que se pueda interponer cualquier otro recurso que se estime conveniente para la defensa de sus intereses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Instrucciones para el pago de la sanción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;1. El importe de la sanción debe hacerse efectivo en el período voluntario establecido en el Reglamento general de recaudación dentro de los plazos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Las notificadas entre los días 1 y 15 de cada mes, desde la fecha de la notificación hasta el día 20 del mes siguiente o el día hábil inmediato posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Las notificaciones efectuadas entre los días 16 y último de cada mes, desde la fecha de la notificación hasta el día 5 del segundo mes posterior o día hábil inmediato posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;2. El ingreso del importe de la sanción debe efectuarse a nombre de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, Vicepresidencia Económica, de Promoción Empresarial y de Empleo, con el documento unificado de ingreso que se halla a disposición de las personas interesadas en la Sección de Sanciones de la Dirección General de Trabajo y Salud Laboral, en cualquiera de las siguientes entidades bancarias: “Sa Nostra” Caixa de Balears, “La Caixa” Caixa d’Estalvis i Pensions de Barcelona, Banco de Crédito Balear, Banca March y Banco Bilbao Vizcaya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;3. De no hacerlo así, se exigirá el pago del importe en cuestión por la vía ejecutiva de apremio, aplicándose el recargo correspondiente de conformidad con lo previsto en el Reglamento general de recaudación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
