    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se hace público que el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en sesión ordinaria de día 8 de abril de 2013, adoptó, entre otros, el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar las bases que deben regir la concesión de ayudas del Consejo Insular de Menorca para el fomento de la comercialización del queso amparado por la denominación de origen protegida Mahón-Menorca 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;-&lt;/b&gt; Aprobar, simultáneamente, la convocatoria correspondiente al año 2013, que se regirá por las bases a que se ha hecho referencia en el punto anterior, de acuerdo con las condiciones siguientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Importe global máximo de las ayudas y crédito presupuestario: las ayudas concedidas serán atendidas con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias y con los importes máximos que se indican más abajo, sin perjuicio que los importes puedan ser ampliados por aportaciones expresas de terceros para contribuir a la financiación del objeto de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Partida: 6.4190.4890091&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cuantía máxima: 130.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de 21 días naturales contados a partir del siguiente a la fecha de publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) El instructor de este expediente será el señor Salvador Florit Orfila, técnico del Departamento de Economía, Medio Ambiente y Caza del Consejo Insular de Menorca, y la responsable del seguimiento de este expediente será la señora Judith Aisa Garbayo, técnica del departamento de Economía y Medio Ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;TERCER.- Publicar el presente acuerdo, de aprobación de las bases y de la convocatoria, en e&lt;i&gt;l Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/i&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;BASES QUE RIGEN LA CONCESIÓN DE SUBVENCIONES DEL CONSEJO INSULAR DE MENORCA PARA EL FOMENTO DE LA COMERCIALIZACIÓN DEL QUESO AMPARADO POR LA DENOMINACIÓN DE ORIGEN PROTEGIDA MAHÓN-MENORCA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El objeto de estas ayudas es apoyar a las empresas comercializadoras de queso con denominación de origen protegida ( en adelante DOP) Mahón-Menorca, por los gastos generados por las diferentes actuaciones promocionales llevadas a cabo y encaminadas a mejorar la comercialización únicamente de sus productos con DOP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El periodo objeto de esta subvención es de día 1 de enero a 31 de octubre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. FINALIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La finalidad de estas ayudas es incrementar la presencia, en los mercados tradicionales y en nuevos mercados potenciales, los productos con DOP de las empresas comercializadoras del queso con la DOP Mahón-Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="lista-western" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. FINANCIACIÓN E IMPORTE MÁXIMO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Las ayudas que se otorguen en el marco de estas bases se pagarán con cargo a las partidas y por el importe máximo que se establezcan en la convocatoria..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Cuando el importe de las solicitudes de ayudas sea superior a la cantidad máxima fijada en la convocatoria se aplicará lo establecido en la base 8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. ACTIVIDADES SUBVENCIONADAS Y REQUISITOS DE LA ACTIVIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Son objeto de subvención los gastos originados por las actuaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Estudios de mercado, planes de marketing o estudios de viabilidad que sean útiles para determinar estrategias empresariales para la comercialización de los quesos amparados por la DOP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Acuerdos comerciales anuales, semestrales o trimestrales, con grandes superfícies, grupos de alimentación, cadenas de alimentación o mediante los distribuidores que comercialicen el queso con DOP Mahón-Menorca, para mejorar la presencia de los productos, con acciones como:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Incremento de lineales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Incremento de la presencia de los productos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Estudios y propuestas sobre el diseño de envases y etiquetas de productos, con el fin de mejorar la imagen de la marca y su comercialización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Realización de campañas publicitarias en medios de comunicación (prensa, radio y TV), publicidad, información en revistas especializadas y presencia en folletos publicados que tengan como finalidad fundamental aumentar las ventas y promover una política de calidad..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Degustación del producto (queso Mahón-Menorca con DOP) en cualquier tipo de establecimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Campañas de marketing en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Las actividades subvencionables se llevarán a cabo entre 1 de enero y 31 de octubre del año de la convocatoria.. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. No podrán ser objeto de subvención las actuaciones realizadas en las Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Únicamente se subvencionarán las actuaciones llevadas a cabo con los productos con DOP en la empresa comercializadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. El importe máximo de la ayuda será de un 50% del coste de la acción que se quiera realizar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Las empresas comercializadoras de queso con DOP Mahón-Menorca, únicamente pueden solicitar la ayuda para una de las dos líneas (base 8).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. RÉGIMEN DE CONTABILIDAD CON OTRAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.Las ayudas que se otorguen de conformidad con estas bases son compatibles con la concesión de otras ayudas, sin perjuicio de la obligación de los beneficiarios de comunicarlo al Consejo Insular de Menorca de la forma establecida en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.El importe de las ayudas que se concedan no pueden superar en ningún caso, de manera aislada o en concurrencia con otras ayudas, el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. REQUISITOS DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.Pueden ser beneficiarias de estas ayudas las empresas que comercialicen queso con DOP Mahón -Menorca, inscritas en el correspondiente registro de la DOP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.En cualquier caso, no pueden ser beneficiarias las personas o entidades en las que concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el art. 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. PRESENTACION DE LAS SOLICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Las solicitudes deben formalizarse mediante el modelo normalizado que se adjunta como anexo I de estas bases y que se facilitará en la sede del Consejo Insular de Menorca en Maó, en las oficinas administrativas de Ciutadella, en Sa Granja (Maó) y en Sa Roqueta (Ciutadella).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. En la solicitud, se debe adjuntar las siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Documentación administrativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Si el solicitante es persona física, copia compulsada del NIF&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Si el solicitante es persona jurídica, original o copia compulsada de la escritura de constitución o modificación, estatutos o reglamento interno de funcionamiento inscritos en el registro correspondiente. Si el solicitante es persona jurídica, copia compulsada del CIF del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Si fuera necesario de conformidad con sus estatutos, deberán aportar certificado del acuerdo adoptado por el órgano de gobierno de la entidad para solicitar la ayudas y designar representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Si es una agrupación de personas físicas o jurídicas, una comunidad de bienes u otra agrupación económica sin personalidad jurídica, deben firmar la solicitud todas las personas que la integran y adjuntar los DNI ( en el caso de personas físicas) o la documentación acreditativa de la personalidad jurídica de cada uno de los integrantes. Asimismo, deben designar un único representante y un único domicilio para notificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Acreditación de la representación si la solicitud se presenta en nombre de otro y copia del NIF del representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f) Declaración responsable firmada por el solicitante o por su representante legal de no estar sometido a ninguna de las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario o entidad colaboradora de las subvenciones públicas recogidas en el art. 10 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) Declaración responsable firmada por el solicitante o por su representante legal relativa a las subvenciones o ayudas obtenidas y solicitadas de otras instituciones públicas o privadas para realizar la misma actividad (anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;h) Documento de designación de cuenta bancaria de la empresa o de su representante según modelo facilitado por el Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;i) Certificado donde conste que está al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias ante la Administración del Estado y de las obligaciones de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;j) Copia del documento de alta del impuesto de actividades económicas y último recibo de pago o documento que acredite que está exento de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Documentación específica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;k) Documento que acredite que está inscrito en la DOP del queso Mahón-Menorca como productor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;l) Memoria y presupuesto desglosado por acciones de las actuaciones que se desarrollarán, así como documento que acredite el acuerdo comercial suscrito o que se tenga que suscribir..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Los beneficiarios podrán autorizar al Consejo Insular de Menorca a comprobar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social. Estas comprobaciones se llevarán a cabo en la medida que el Consejo Insular de Menorca disponga de los convenios adecuados que se lo permitan (anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Las solicitudes y toda la documentación transcrita en el apartado anterior se deben presentar, dentro del plazo establecido en la convocatoria, los puntos del Servicio de Maó y en las oficinas administrativas de Ciutadella, en las dependencias de Sa Roqueta y Sa Granja y en los ayuntamientos de Menorca que tengan suscrito convenio con el CIM para la prestación de este servicio. Asimismo se pueden presentar en cualquier otro punto de conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 38 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y procedimiento administrativo común..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Si la solicitud o la documentación fueran incorrectas o incompletas, el Consejo Insular de Menorca requerirá la rectificación o el complemento necesarios. Si en el plazo de diez días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente de la fecha de recepción del requerimiento de enmienda de la solicitud, la persona interesada no hace la rectificación reclamada o no presenta la documentación requerida, se entenderá que ha desistido de su petición de conformidad con el artículo 71 de la Ley 30/92 de 26 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. CRITERIOS QUE SE TENDRÁN EN CUENTA PAR LA CONCESIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS Y DETERMINACIÓN DEL IMPORTE DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.Se establecen dos líneas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Una línea para las empresas comercializadoras de queso Mahón-Menorca con DOP Mahón-Menorca, a la que se destina un presupuesto de 95.000€ y en la que individualmente cada solicitante puede recibir una ayuda máxima de 15.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Una línea para las empresas comercializadoras de queso Mahón-Menorca artesano, a la que se destina un presupuesto de 35.000€ y en la que individualmente cada solicitante puede recibir una ayuda máxima de 4.000€ .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.Si no se agota la partida destina a subvencionar a los comercializadores de queso Mahón-Menorca artesano, el remanente se destinará a los comercializadores de queso Mahón-Menorca y viceversa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Si el importe global de la ayuda, después de aplicar la tabla anterior, es superior al crédito disponible, éste se repartirá proporcionalmente entre los solicitantes que cumplan los requisitos y según los criterios de reparto señalados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5.En ningún caso el importe de la ayuda podrá superar el coste de la actividad a subvencionar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. COMISIÓN EVALUADORA DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La Comisión Evaluadora es el órgano colegiado a quien corresponde examinar las solicitudes presentadas y emiten el informe que ha de servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Comisión Evaluadora estará integrada por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Presidente: el consejero ejecutivo de Economía, Medio Ambiente y Caza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Secretario/a: un/a funcionario/a del Departamento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- director insular de Economía, Medio Ambiente y Caza del CIM&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- tres técnicos del Departamento de Economía y Medio Ambiente del CIM&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. PROCEDIMIENTO Y ÓRGANOS COMPETENTES PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.Las ayudas se concederán, de acuerdo con los principios de objetividad, transparencia , igualdad, no discriminación y publicidad, mediante el procedimiento de concurrencia no competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El inicio del expediente se efectuará por medio de la aprobación de la convocatoria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3, La instrucción corresponderá a un funcionario del Departamento de Economía, Medio Ambiente y Caza, que debe realizar de oficio todas las actuaciones necesarias para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los datos en virtud de los cuales debe dictar resolución sobre la concesión de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Las solicitudes presentadas dentro del plazo establecido en la convocatoria se someterán al examen de la Comisión Evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Una vez examinadas las solicitudes por la Comisión Evaluadora, y después de que ésta haya emitido su informe, el consejero ejecutivo, jefe del departamento elevará la correspondiente propuesta de resolución al órgano competente, que en este caso es el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, que dictará resolución sobre la concesión o denegación de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Cuando la cuantía de la ayuda que resulte del informe previo, sea sustancialmente inferior al solicitado, se podrá instar al beneficiario a reformular su solicitud para ajustar los compromisos y condiciones de la subvención otorgable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. La resolución del expediente de otorgamiento de las subvenciones debe ser expresa y motivada, y debe fijar, con carácter definitivo, la cuantía específica de cada una de las subvenciones concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. El plazo máximo para dictar y notificar la resolución expresa de concesión de subvención será de seis meses contados desde la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. No obstante lo anterior este plazo se podrá reducir si se establece expresamente en la convocatoria de las ayudas. El silencio adminsitrativo tendrá carácter desestimatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. La resolución del expediente de concesión o denegación de las ayudas se publicará en el&lt;i&gt; Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, &lt;/i&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;sin perjuicio de la obligación de nofiticarla individualmente a las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;10. La concesión de la ayuda se puede instrumentar mediante la formalización de un convenio de colaboración con la entidad beneficiaria donde se determinarán los derechos y las obligaciones de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11. ABONO DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.64cm; text-indent: -0.64cm; margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Las subvenciones se harán efectivas en el plazo máximo de 60 días desde el momento que se compruebe que la justificación presentada se ajusta a los requisitos exigidos en las bases de la convocatoria y siempre que la disponibilidad de tesorería lo permita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.64cm; text-indent: -0.64cm; margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. No se podrá pagar la subvención en tanto el beneficiario no se halle al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias y ante la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.64cm; text-indent: -0.64cm; margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Las subvenciones que se paguen a personas físicas estarán sujetas a retención de acuerdo con la normativa que regula el impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;12. JUSTIFICACIÓN DE GASTOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.66cm; text-indent: -0.66cm; margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El plazo para justificar los gastos objeto de subvención finaliza el día 15 de noviembre de 2013, salvo causas excepcionales que lo impidan y que los beneficiarios han de alegar por escrito. A la vista de lo anterior el CIM podrá ampliar el plazo de justificación de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.66cm; text-indent: -0.66cm; margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Para justificar los gastos se debe presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cuenta justificativa simplificada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Memoria justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas en la concesión de la subvención, con indicación de las actividades realizadas y soporte documental de las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Relación nominativa de los gastos realizados y detalles de otros ingresos y subvenciones que hayan financiado la actividad (anexo IV)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Documento o documentos que acrediten los acuerdos comerciales firmados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Si la documentación presentada es incompleta o incorrecta, el servicio responsable pedirá al beneficiario que haga la rectificación oportuna en el plazo improrrogable de diez días hábiles (art. 76 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Si el gasto justificado es inferior al importe del presupuesto solicitado y subvencionado, se reducirá proporcionalmente la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.66cm; text-indent: -0.66cm; margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. En la fase de comprobación del gasto realizado se podrán requerir al beneficiario, mediante técnicas de muestreo, los justificantes de gastos seleccionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.66cm; text-indent: -0.66cm; margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. El Consejo Insular de Menorca podrá inspeccionar las actividades subvencionadas, sin perjuicio de las competencias que puedan corresponder, por normativa legal o reglamentaria, a otros organismos o instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;13. OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los beneficiarios deberán cumplir las obligaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Comunicar al CIM la aceptación de la subvención en los términos en que ésta se conceda. En cualquier caso la subvención se entenderá aceptada tácticamente una vez transcurridos quince días hábiles desde que el beneficiario haya recibido la notificación de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. Realizar la actividad objeto de subvención entre 1 de enero y 31 de octubre de 2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c. Llevar a cabo las actividades que fundamentan la concesión de las ayudas y justificar su realización, en los plazos y en las condiciones establecidas en estas bases y en la resolución de la concesión de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d. Disponer de las autorizaciones administrativas que sean exigibles para el ejercicio de la actividad subvencionada, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e. Comunicar al Consejo Insular de Menorca la solicitud y la obtención de subvenciones y ayudas para la misma finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f. Hacer constar, de manera expresa, el apoyo del Consejo Insular de Menorca en la realización de las actividades subvencionadas..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g. Comunicar inmediatamente al Consejo Insular de Menorca cualquier eventualidad que altere o que dificulte gravemente el desarrollo del proyecto subvencionado, en particular si se pueden derivar retrasos en la ejecución o si pueden afectar al coste total, y solicitar la autorización previa y expresa del Consejo Insular para hacer cualquier modificación sustancial del proyecto objeto de ayuda. Las solicitudes de modificación deben ser motivadas, se deben formular inmediatamente a la aparcición de las circunstancias que la justifiquen y se han de especificar las repercusiones presupuestarias que impliquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;h.Las entidades beneficiarias de estas ayudas deberán mantener la actividad durante un plazo mínimo de un año desde la presentación de la solicitud, en caso contrario, se les podrá exigir la devolución total o parcial de la subvención abonada, más los intereses de demora, sin perjuicio de la sanción que pueda corresponder por alteración de la finalidad para la que la subvención fue concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;i. Acreditar, cuando el Consejo Insular se lo solicite, que se encuentran al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social. La acreditación no será necesaria en el caso de que se haya autorizado expresamente al Consejo Insular a consultarlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;j. Proporcionar la información sobre la actividad subvencionada que le requiera el Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;k. Someter a las actuaciones de comprobación que efectuen el Consejo Insular de Menorca y el resto de organismos competentes para la fiscalización de las cuentas públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;l. Hacer constar, de manera expresa, el apoyo del Departamento de Economía, Medio Ambiente y Caza del Consejo Insular de Menorca, así como la web www.cime.es en la realización de las actividades subvencionadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;m. Hacer constar el logotipo conmemorativo del 20 aniversario de la declaración de lMenorca como Reserva de la Biosfera por parte de la UNESCO, en la realización de las actividades subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;14 REINTEGROS DE LAS AYUDAS CRITERIOS DE GRADUACIÓN DE POSIBLES INCUMPLIMIENTOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Con respeto a la revocación y el reintegro de las subvenciones, se aplicará lo dispuesto en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y el resto de normativa que sea aplicable. En caso de incumplimiento, se debe reintegrar la cuantía recibida mediante la aplicación de un porcentaje de minoración en función de la naturaleza del incumplimiento. Este porcentaje se fijará previo informe del instructor y se notificará al beneficiario. Las causas de reintegro y el procedimiento para us exigencia deben ser regidas por lo establecido en el artículo 44 el DLEG 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se deberá valorar, en todo caso, el grado de incumplimiento y si éste es debido a actuaciones dolosas o negligentes y si ha habido buena o mala fe en el mismo. La gradación del reintegro será mayor cuando el incumplimiento sea total o muy alto y hayan incurrido causas dolosas y mala fe, y en cambio será de menor si el grado de cumplimiento del proyecto subvencionado es parcial y cuando haya sido causado por actuaciones negligentes y con buena fe..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En caso de que la causa del reintegro determine la invalidez de la resolución de concesión se debe revisar previamente esta resolución en los términos establecidos en el artículo 25 del DLEG 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y en el resto de disposiciones aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si se hubieran hecho unos pagos anticipados, la persona beneficiaria deberá reintegrar las cantidades recibidas más el interés de demora a contar desde que el pago se hizo efectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las cantidades que se deberán reintegrar tinten la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y les es aplicable la vía de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La obligación de reintegro establecida en este artículo es independiente de las sanciones que en su caso sean exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;15. INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.El régimen de infracciones y sanciones administrativas aplicables será el establecido en el título V del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y el título IV de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.El órgano competente para imponer las sanciones que se deriven de infracciones e lo establecido en estas bases y de la normativa aplicable en materia de subvenciones es la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Menorca, de conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 9 de la Ley 8/2000, de 28 de octubre, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;16. OTRAS DISPOSICIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Recursos administrativos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los acuerdos del Consejo Ejecutivo por los cuales se aprueban las bases y las convocatorias y se conceden o deniegan las ayudas no agotan la vía administrativa y son suceptibles de interponer recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Normativa general aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En todo lo no previsto expresamente en estas bases regirán las disposiciones que sean aplicables al Consejo Insular de Menorca en materia de subvenciones, especialmente las contenidas en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Reglamente de la Ley general de subvenciones (Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de noviembre, por el cal se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
