&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento SEGURIDAD SOCIAL 0000437/2012 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido a instancia de la MUTUA BALEAR MUTUA DE ACCIDENTES DE TRABAJO contra el INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, TESORERIA GENERAL DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, ANTONIO ORTEGA GARCIA y EDIFICACIONES RAMOS, SA, sobre SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Secretario Judicial D. RAFAEL LIZÁN RUFILANCHAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En CIUTADELLA DE MENORCA, a nueve de Abril de dos mil trece&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANTECEDENTES DE HECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Con fecha 09.08.12 tuvo entrada en este órgano judicial demanda presentada por MUTUA BALEAR MUTUA DE ACCIDENTES DE TRABAJO contra INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, TESORERIA GENERAL DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, ANTONIO ORTEGA GARCIA y EDIFICACIONES RAMOS, SA, que dio lugar a la incoación del procedimiento SEGURIDAD SOCIAL 0000437/2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Que en fecha 27.02.13 por la parte demandante se presentó escrito desistiendo de la demanda y se comunicó lo anterior a la parte contraria sin que se haya opuesto a dicho desistimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FUNDAMENTOS DE DERECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UNICO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Declarada por el actor su voluntad de abandonar el procedimiento iniciado por él, y no oponiéndose la parte demandada a dicho desistimiento, procede, de conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 20.3 de la LEC sobreseer las actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vistos los preceptos legales citados y demás de general y pertinente aplicación,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo:&lt;/strong&gt; Tener por desistida a la parte demandante de su demanda acordando el sobreseimiento de las presentes actuaciones y el archivo de los autos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
