![CDATA[Juicio de Faltas 642/2012]] 18312 es es text/html ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">Que en&nbsp; virtud de lo acordado en los autos de referencia, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 156.4 y 164 de la Ley 1/2000, de Enjuiciamiento Civil, por el presente se&nbsp; notifica a ABRAO SILVA CARNEIRO la sentencia cuyo encabezamiento y parte dispositiva son del tenor literal siguiente: </span></p> <p style="text-align: center"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">&nbsp;<strong>S E N T E N C I A&nbsp;&nbsp; 114/13&nbsp; </strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">En PALMA DE MALLORCA a&nbsp; veintiséis de febrero de dos mil trece.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>D./</strong><strong>Dña</strong><strong>.&nbsp; MARIA DEL CARMEN ABRINES MARTI, MAGISTRADO de Instrucción num. Diez</strong>, habiendo visto y oído en Juicio Oral y Público la presente causa JUICIO DE FALTAS 0000642 /2012, seguida por una&nbsp; falta de FALTA DE DESOBEDIENCIA A AUTORIDAD O AGENTES contra ABRAO SILVA CARNEIRO habiendo sido parte en la misma el Ministerio Fiscal&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="text-align: center"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>F A L L O</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>QUE DEBO CONDENAR Y CONDENO</strong> a <strong>ABRAO SILVA CARNEIRO</strong>, como autor responsable de una falta CONTRA EL ORDEN PÚBOICO, a la pena de cuarenta días de multa a razón de 6 euros diarios, con responsabilidad personal subsidiaria de un día de privación de libertad por cada dos cuotas diarias no satisfecha, que podrá cumplirse en régimen de localización permanente, haciendo al condenado expresa imposición de costas devengadas en esta instancia.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">La presente resolución no es firme y contra la misma cabe interponer recurso de apelación en este Juzgado para ante la Iltma.
