&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En fecha 27 de Marzo de 2013, el&amp;nbsp; Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de&amp;nbsp; Santa Margalida dictó las siguientes resoluciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“DECRETO DE CONSTITUCIÓN DE LA JUNTA DE GOBIERNO LOCAL Y MIEMBROS QUE LA INTEGRAN, RÉGIMEN DE SESIONES Y COMPETENCIAS DELEGADAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En conformidad con lo que prevén los artículos 20-1-b-), y 23 de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de Abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, en concordancia con los artículos 23 y 88 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de Diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, en virtud de las cuales se regula la obligatoriedad de existencia en este Municipio de la Junta de Gobierno Local, esta Alcaldía, en uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;PRIMERO.- La Junta de Gobierno Local, órgano Colegiado Municipal de carácter obligatorio, bajo la Presidencia de esta Alcaldía, estará formada por los regidores siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Beatriz Gamundí Molina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Eugenio Garrido Vivas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;SEGUNDO.- La Junta de Gobierno Local celebrará sus sesiones ordinarias, con la periodicidad que fue acordada en la sesión extraordinaria del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de día 4 de Julio de 2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las sesiones ordinarias se llevarán a cabo los lunes no festivos, a las 12.30 horas, en las dependencias de esta Casa Consistorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el caso de coincidencia del día previsto para la celebración de sesión ordinaria con alguna festividad, la sesión se celebrará el día hábil siguiente, con el mismo carácter ordinario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;TERCERO.- La Junta de Gobierno Local, cuya competencia básica es la de prestar asistencia a esta Alcaldía en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones y conocerá los asuntos que el Alcalde o el Pleno del Ayuntamiento le delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;QUARTO.- Ratificar y dar por reproducido el Decreto de Alcaldía de día 20 de junio de 2011 (Núm. 405) en lo referente a las delegaciones de competencias a favor de la Junta de Gobierno Local, las cuales fueron aceptadas por la Junta de Gobierno Local en la sesión extraordinaria de día 27 de Junio de 2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;QUINTO. - Dar cuenta de esta resolución a la primera sesión plenaria que se celebre.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“DECRETO DE NOMBRAMIENTO DE TENIENTES DE ALCALDE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dado que en sesión extraordinaria urgente del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de día 26 de marzo de 2013 fui elegido Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida, resulta necesario proceder al establecimiento de la nueva organización municipal, en particular en cuanto a la designación de los Tenientes de Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Según lo que dispone el artículo 21-2 y 23 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de Abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, en concordancia con el artículo 38 y siguientes del ROF, la designación de los Teniente de Alcalde es competencia de esta Alcaldía, que tendrá que proceder a su nombramiento, mediante Decreto, de entre los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo esto, esta Alcaldía Presidencia, en uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;HE RESUELTO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;PRIMERO.- Nombrar Tenientes de Alcalde a los regidores y regidoras municipales, miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local, que a continuación se relacionan, los cuales sustituirán a esta Alcaldía, por orden de nombramiento, en los casos de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Primer Teniente-Alcalde: Beatriz Gamundí Molina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Quinto Teniente-Alcalde: Eugenio Garrido Vivas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;SEGUNDO.- La presente resolución tendrá eficacia a partir del día de su firma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta Alcaldía tiene atribuida por ley la facultad de delegar determinadas atribuciones, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de Abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia para una agilización y mejora del servicio, aconseja delegar las atribuciones de área que a continuación se describen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En consecuencia, vistos, entre otros, los artículos 21.3 de la LRBRL, y 43,44,120,121 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROFJEL), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.º Las delegaciones mencionadas comprenden tanto las facultades de dirección interna de los servicios así como las de gestionarlos en general, pero sin incluir la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros, y sin alcanzar, en ningún caso, la resolución de los recursos administrativos interpuestos contra los actos de trámite que haya dictado el regidor delegado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.º En conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 44 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de Noviembre, estas delegaciones tendrán efecto desde el día siguiente a la fecha de notificación de este Decreto a los regidores afectados y serán de carácter indefinido, sin perjuicio de la potestad de avocación de esta Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En caso de ausencia, vacante enfermedad o cualquiera otro impedimento de los regidores delegados, esta Alcaldía asumirá, directa y automáticamente, las competencias delegadas, como titular de la competencia originaría, entendiéndose a estos efectos ejercitada la potestad de avocación en base a la presente Resolución, sin necesidad de una nueva resolución expresa en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.º Notificar esta Resolución a los regidores afectados, entendiéndose aceptada la competencia delegada de forma tácita, si en el plazo de 24 horas siguientes no se manifiesta nada en contra o se hace uso de la delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.º Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación de regidor delegado, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.º La regidora delegada queda obligada a informar a esta Alcaldía sobre la gestión y las disposiciones que dicte, y previamente, de las decisiones de trascendencia en los términos previstos al artículo 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia para una agilización y mejora del servicio, aconseja delegar las atribuciones de área que a continuación se describen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En consecuencia, vistos, entre otros, los artículos 21.3 de la LRBRL, y 43,44,120,121 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROFJEL), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.º Delegar en la segunda Teniente de Alcalde, Sra. Antonia Perelló Llull, el ejercicio de las atribuciones correspondientes a la responsabilidad de la dirección de las áreas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.º Las delegaciones mencionadas comprenden tanto las facultades de dirección interna de los servicios así como las de gestionarlos en general, pero sin incluir la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros, y sin alcanzar, en ningún caso, la resolución de los recursos administrativos interpuestos contra los actos de trámite que haya dictado el regidor delegado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.º En conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 44 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de Noviembre, estas delegaciones tendrán efecto desde el día siguiente a la fecha de notificación de este Decreto a los regidores afectados y serán de carácter indefinido, sin perjuicio de la potestad de avocación de esta Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En caso de ausencia, vacante enfermedad o cualquiera otro impedimento de los regidores delegados, esta Alcaldía asumirá, directa y automáticamente, las competencias delegadas, como titular de la competencia originaría, entendiéndose a estos efectos ejercitada la potestad de avocación en base a la presente Resolución, sin necesidad de una nueva resolución expresa en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.º Notificar esta Resolución a los regidores afectados, entendiéndose aceptada la competencia delegada de forma tácita, si en el plazo de 24 horas siguientes no se manifiesta nada en contra o se hace uso de la delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.º Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación de regidor delegado, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.º La regidora delegada queda obligada a informar a esta Alcaldía sobre la gestión y las disposiciones que dicte, y previamente, de las decisiones de trascendencia en los términos previstos al artículo 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En lo no previsto en esta resolución regirán la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de bases de régimen local; la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de Diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Islas Baleares, y el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, en el marco de las reglas que para las delegaciones se establecen a dichas normas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Organización y explotación playas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Red alcantarillado y pluviales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En caso de ausencia, vacante enfermedad o cualquiera otro impedimento de los regidores delegados, esta Alcaldía asumirá, directa y automáticamente, las competencias delegadas, como titular de la competencia originaría, entendiéndose a estos efectos ejercitada la potestad de avocación en base a la presente Resolución, sin necesidad de una nueva resolución expresa en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.º Notificar esta Resolución a los regidores afectados, entendiéndose aceptada la competencia delegada de forma tácita, si en el plazo de 24 horas siguientes no se manifiesta nada en contra o se hace uso de la delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.º Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación de regidor delegado, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia para una agilización y mejora del servicio, aconseja delegar las atribuciones de área que a continuación se describen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En consecuencia, vistos, entre otros, los artículos 21.3 de la LRBRL, y 43,44,120,121 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROFJEL), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.º Delegar en el cuarto Teniente de Alcalde, Sr. Martí Joan Fornés Cerdó, el ejercicio de las atribuciones correspondientes a la responsabilidad de la dirección de las áreas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;MEDIO AMBIENTE, EDUCACIÓN Y RESPONSABLE DE FIESTAS DE SON SERRA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.º Las delegaciones mencionadas comprenden tanto las facultades de dirección interna de los servicios así como las de gestionarlos en general, pero sin incluir la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros, y sin alcanzar, en ningún caso, la resolución de los recursos administrativos interpuestos contra los actos de trámite que haya dictado el regidor delegado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.º En conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 44 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de Noviembre, estas delegaciones tendrán efecto desde el día siguiente a la fecha de notificación de este Decreto a los regidores afectados y serán de carácter indefinido, sin perjuicio de la potestad de avocación de esta Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.º Las delegaciones mencionadas comprenden tanto las facultades de dirección interna de los servicios así como las de gestionarlos en general, pero sin incluir la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros, y sin alcanzar, en ningún caso, la resolución de los recursos administrativos interpuestos contra los actos de trámite que haya dictado el regidor delegado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.º En conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 44 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de Noviembre, estas delegaciones tendrán efecto desde el día siguiente a la fecha de notificación de este Decreto a los regidores afectados y serán de carácter indefinido, sin perjuicio de la potestad de avocación de esta Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En caso de ausencia, vacante enfermedad o cualquiera otro impedimento de los regidores delegados, esta Alcaldía asumirá, directa y automáticamente, las competencias delegadas, como titular de la competencia originaría, entendiéndose a estos efectos ejercitada la potestad de avocación en base a la presente Resolución, sin necesidad de una nueva resolución expresa en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.º Notificar esta Resolución a los regidores afectados, entendiéndose aceptada la competencia delegada de forma tácita, si en el plazo de 24 horas siguientes no se manifiesta nada en contra o se hace uso de la delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.º Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación de regidor delegado, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.º El regidor delegado queda obligado a informar a esta Alcaldía sobre la gestión y las disposiciones que dicte, y previamente, de las decisiones de trascendencia en los términos previstos al artículo 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta Alcaldía tiene atribuida por ley la facultad de delegar determinadas atribuciones, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de Abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia para una agilización y mejora del servicio, aconseja delegar las atribuciones de área que a continuación se describen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En consecuencia, vistos, entre otros, los artículos 21.3 de la LRBRL, y 43,44,120,121 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROFJEL), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.º Delegar en la regidora, Sra. Juana Ana Llull Molinas, el ejercicio de las atribuciones correspondientes a la responsabilidad de la dirección de las áreas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.º Las delegaciones mencionadas comprenden tanto las facultades de dirección interna de los servicios así como las de gestionarlos en general, pero sin incluir la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros, y sin alcanzar, en ningún caso, la resolución de los recursos administrativos interpuestos contra los actos de trámite que haya dictado el regidor delegado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.º Delegar en el regidor, Sr. Guillermo Perelló Gil, el ejercicio de las atribuciones correspondientes a la responsabilidad de la dirección de las áreas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;DEPORTES, JUVENTUD Y RESPONSABLE FIESTAS CAN PICAFORT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.º Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias sobre las materias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ° Promoción asociacionismo juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ° Punto de información juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Responsable Fiestas de Can Picafort.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.º Las delegaciones mencionadas comprenden tanto las facultades de dirección interna de los servicios así como las de gestionarlos en general, pero sin incluir la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros, y sin alcanzar, en ningún caso, la resolución de los recursos administrativos interpuestos contra los actos de trámite que haya dictado el regidor delegado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.º En conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 44 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de Noviembre, estas delegaciones tendrán efecto desde el día siguiente a la fecha de notificación de este Decreto a los regidores afectados y serán de carácter indefinido, sin perjuicio de la potestad de avocación de esta Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En caso de ausencia, vacante enfermedad o cualquiera otro impedimento de los regidores delegados, esta Alcaldía asumirá, directa y automáticamente, las competencias delegadas, como titular de la competencia originaría, entendiéndose a estos efectos ejercitada la potestad de avocación en base a la presente Resolución, sin necesidad de una nueva resolución expresa en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.º Notificar esta Resolución a los regidores afectados, entendiéndose aceptada la competencia delegada de forma tácita, si en el plazo de 24 horas siguientes no se manifiesta nada en contra o se hace uso de la delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.º Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación de regidor delegado, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.º El regidor delegado queda obligado a informar a esta Alcaldía sobre la gestión y las disposiciones que dicte, y previamente, de las decisiones de trascendencia en los términos previstos al artículo 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En lo no previsto en esta resolución regirán la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de bases de régimen local; la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de Diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Islas Baleares, y el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, en el marco de las reglas que para las delegaciones se establecen a dichas normas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
