    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consejo de Administración de la Empresa Pública SÓLLER 2010, en sesión celebrada el ocho de marzo de 2013, aprobó el expediente de contratación del servicio de socorrismo de las piscinas del polideportivo municipal de Son Angelats, que SÓLLER 2010 gestiona por encomienda que fue acordada por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en fecha 28 de octubre de 2013 y el Pliego de Cláusulas que deben regir esta contratación, mediante procedimiento abierto, tramitación urgente y diversos criterios de adjudicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que se ha detectado un error en referencia al importe máximo de licitación, a continuación se publica de nuevo el anuncio el licitación con el importe correcto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 188.3 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, se expone el pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares en el Boletín oficial de las Illes Balears y en el perfil del contratante durante un plazo de diez días, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB. Durante este plazo podrán presentarse reclamaciones, las cuales serán resueltas por el Consejo de Administración de SÓLLER 201. Si dentro del mencionado plazo se producen reclamaciones, se suspenderá la licitación y también el plazo de presentación de proposiciones durante el tiempo que sea necesario para resolverlas. De no presentarse reclamaciones durante el plazo de exposición pública, se entenderá aprobado el pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares, sin necesidad de un acuerdo expreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
