&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;”DEPARTAMENTO DE PRESIDENCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dirección Insular de Proyectos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Objetivos generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Apoyar al sector audiovisual mallorquín y en general a cualquier iniciativa dentro de este ámbito para la promoción económica de nuestra isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Fomentar el desarrollo de la economía productiva y de las entidades de promoción económica en Mallorca y especialmente de los productos mallorquines incidiendo en la calidad como elemento diferenciador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Objetivos específicos por destinatario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Actividades: (Capítulo 4): subvenciones anuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- La promoción de las entidades sin ánimo de lucro vinculadas a los sectores audiovisuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Apoyar las actividades que contribuyen a la promoción económica a través de medios gráficos, audiovisuales y telemáticos; mercados; organización y asistencia en congresos; edición de publicaciones como libros o folletines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Los que se indicarán en la convocatoria de subvenciones específica y que se concretarán de entre los relacionados como generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Efectos previstos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Personas físicas/ Entidades beneficiarias de la subvención: Las diversas entidades que se presenten a la convocatoria hasta el importe que se destine a la misma dentro del límite presupuestario previsto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Actividades financiadas total o parcialmente: las que sean objeto de promoción a la convocatoria concreta entre las que se han indicado como objetivos generales de la Dirección Insular de Promoción Económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dirección Insular de Relaciones Institucionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Objetivos generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Consell de Mallorca viene apoyando un programa de cooperación y colaboración continuada de las prácticas en empresas de los estudiantes de la Universidad de las Islas Baleares (UIB), que ejecuta la Fundación Universidad Emprendida de las Islas Baleares (FUEIB). Con este programa, el Consell de Mallorca colabora en los gastos de la FUEIB para llevar a cabo las tareas y actividades entre las cuales destaca el seguimiento y la tutorización personalizada de todos los/las becarios/ becarias beneficiarios/beneficiarias de convenios de cooperación educativa entre la FUEIB y cualquier tipo de institución y/o empresa, aumentando así los vínculos y relaciones entre universidad e institución y empresas. Gracias al Consell de Mallorca se han creado puentes de entendimiento, se han buscado vías nuevas de colaboración y se han ofrecido horizontes profesionales nuevos a los emprendedores mallorquines y a los jóvenes universitarios en proceso de formación y de experimentación profesional. Este proyecto encaja perfectamente en el espíritu de las instituciones públicas, aumenta la oferta de formación y ofrece mayores garantías a las empresas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fundación FUEIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Objetivos específicos por destinatario o convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Apoyar a la coordinación de las prácticas de estudiantes y licenciados de la UIB a empresas e instituciones públicas o privadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Aportación Cáritas/Clavarios de La Sangre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Objetivos generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En los años 70, la antigua Diputación Provincial y el Obispado firmaron un convenio de colaboración para determinar, entre otras cuestiones, el destino de la limosna que se recogía en el templo de la Iglesia de la Sangre de Palma. En este sentido, establecieron que el importe recaudado se tenía que distribuir, en partes iguales, entre la antigua Diputación (ahora Consell de Mallorca) y el Obispado, es decir, el 50 % para cada ud. En relación a la parte del Consell, se reflejó que lo tenía que destinar a sufragar gastos de oficios religiosos o a obras de rehabilitación del templo de la Sangre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En estos momentos, que caracteriza una difícil situación económica y social, el Consell de Mallorca, con la intención de cumplir el espíritu establecido en el convenio mencionado, considera, más que nunca, adecuado, razonable y coherente, destinar la parte de la limosna que le corresponde a ayudar entidades que pertenecen en la iglesia o que están vinculadas y que se caracterizan para llevar a cabo campañas y acciones en favor de las personas más necesitadas. En este sentido se prevé la modificación del mencionado convenio para añadir estos nuevos beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Objetivos específicos por destinatario o convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Consell de Mallorca considera justificado establecer una subvención nominativa a favor de Cáritas Diocesana de Mallorca porque es una entidad eclesiástica dedicada a la atención de los más desfavorecidos que tiene por objeto promover, orientar y coordinar la acción de la caridad y la justicia social de la Iglesia de Mallorca, teniendo especial mención de las personas más vulnerables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Además, el Consell de Mallorca tiene en cuenta que en la crisis global en que nos encontramos Cáritas ha tenido que multiplicar los esfuerzos para atender las necesidades de las personas más desfavorecidas y para atender las familias que en estos momentos necesitan ayuda para poder subsistir. Por eso, ahora es más necesario que nunca que organizaciones como Cáritas reciban apoyo de las instituciones, porque son estas organizaciones, a través de las redes que han creado, en este caso mayoritariamente a través de las parroquias, las que llegan a las personas que lo necesitan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Efectos previstos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Puesto que nos encontramos ante una partida ampliable, que se financiará con la recaudación de limosnas del la Iglesia de La Sangre, no se puede determinar a priori los beneficiarios u otros efectos que producirá el otorgamiento de la subvención prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Plazo de ejecución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;A lo largo del ejercicio presupuestario 2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Presupuesto previsto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Se trato de financiar los gastos de alquiler de los locales sociales de las asociaciones de personas mayores cuando no tienen las instalaciones gratuitas para no disponer de medios propios o financiados por otras entidades como ayuntamientos, entidades bancarias u otros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Concesión de subvenciones a las entidades y asociaciones sin afán de lucro que promuevan la consecución de los objetivos fijados en el ámbito de la Promoción Sociocultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Apoyar a las asociaciones que llevan a cabo actuaciones de cariz sociocultural encaminadas al fomento del asociacionismo y la participación social en el ámbito comunitario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El objetivo general del Consell de Mallorca en este ámbito es continuar fomentando el incremento progresivo del conocimiento y el uso de la lengua catalana en todos los campos de actuación de la institución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Objetivos específicos por destinatario o convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dentro de estos ámbitos de actuación hay que distinguir en primer lugar el que podemos denominar ámbito interno del ámbito externo. El primero comprende toda la actuación administrativa propia y el segundo incluye las actividades que inciden directa o indirectamente sobre el conjunto de la población o las instituciones de la Isla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las previsiones referidas al ámbito interno incluyen las habituales de los Servicio que abrazan la planificación, la organización y la coordinación del proceso de normalización de la actividad administrativa propia, además del asesoramiento lingüístico y las pruebas de acreditación de conocimientos de lengua catalana previas a las convocatorias de oferta pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En cuanto al segundo ámbito, el de la proyección externa, hay que distinguir las actividades propias de dinamización, de las acciones de apoyo a actividades que comportan directamente una extensión del uso de la lengua realizadas por instituciones diferentes del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El primer aspecto de este segundo ámbito prevé las Aplicaciones del capítulo 2 destinadas a reuniones, conferencias y cursillos, estudios y trabajos técnicos, servicios culturales, publicaciones y otros gastos..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El segundo aspecto, el de las actividades llevadas a cabo por otras instituciones, incluye Aplicaciones del capítulo 4 y del capítulo 7 destinadas a convocatorias o aportaciones a entidades o asociaciones que tienen objetivos de normalización coincidentes con los del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Convocatorias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Corresponde al Consell de Mallorca, tal como dicta el artículo 61 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares, el gobierno, la administración y la representación de la isla, y como institución de gobierno, y de acuerdo con la Ley de normalización lingüística en las Islas Baleares, tiene que garantizar, el fomento, el respeto y la protección de la lengua, la cultura y la identidad propias, llegando a acuerdos con aquellas entidades que hagan avanzar el proceso de normalidad lingüística y cultural de nuestro pueblo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Conforme al artículo 4 de la Ley de Normalización Lingüística de las Islas Baleares los poderes públicos tienen que adoptar las medidas necesarias para hacer efectivos la promoción, el conocimiento y el uso normal de la lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El artículo 70.18 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares y la Ley 6/1994 atribuyen a los consejos insulares competencias, entre otros, en materia de promoción sociocultural y fomento de la producción literaria en todas las manifestaciones y todos los estilos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;tienen cabida proyectos de actividades con el objetivo del encabezamiento de forma que en virtud de las competencias transferidas en materia de promoción sociocultural por la Ley 6/1994 a los consejos insulares y, de acuerdo con las que establece a favor de estos el Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares -modificado por la Ley orgánica 1/2007 de 28 de febrero (BOE núm. 52, de 1 de marzo de 2007)-, el Consell de Mallorca convoca las ayudas para apoyar la producción y edición de libros o fonogramas de especial interés cultural. Este concepto incluye el aspecto cualitativo (autor prestigioso, atención en la producción y la edición, temática, investigación y tratamiento de ésta); el innovador (composición y diseño de la obra); el comercial (número de ejemplares venales, precio de venta al público, medios de difusión y promoción); el profesional o empresarial (trayectoria de la empresa, obras premiadas) y el lingüístico (promoción de la lengua propia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Objetivo específico: aumentar el conocimiento y la presencia social de la lengua catalana en la cabeza de la edición de libros y fonogramas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Actividad: convocatoria del programa subvenciones destinadas a las empresas que editen libros o fonogramas de interés cultural especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las publicaciones periódicas editadas y difundidas fuera de Mallorca, además de ser un factor de cohesión y dinamización social, aseguran el uso de la lengua catalana en este sector. Se trata de un tipo de publicaciones que sin el apoyo institucional tendrían dificultades para poder ser viables. En este caso el apoyo se concreta en la ayuda para la Asociación de la Prensa Foránea que reúne la mayoría de estas publicaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Objetivo específico: asegurar el uso de la lengua catalana en el ámbito de las publicaciones de la prensa foránea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Actividad: apoyo económico a la Asociación de la Prensa Foránea de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las atribuciones competenciales del Consell mencionadas más arriba permiten a la Dirección Insular de Cultura y Patrimonio y Deportes conceder una aportación económica al Gremio de Libreros de Mallorca para subvencionar la edición anual de la Semana del Libro en Catalán, una subvención que ayuda, a la vez, a fomentar la lectura en catalán y pone al alcance del público el fondo de las editoriales de literatura y las novedades editoriales en nuestra lengua de todo tipo de géneros. Las actividades de esta asociación contribuyen, también, fomentar el uso de la lengua catalana en el campo de la edición con el estímulo que representa para la producción literaria, teatral, de estudios históricos, sociales y científicos dentro del ámbito de la isla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Federación Balear de Bandas de Música y Asociaciones Musicales, creada en 1989, ha sido desde su nacimiento un órgano aglutinador de las diferentes bandas y asociaciones musicales de la isla y se ha convertido en un ente único para la defensa de la música popular en Mallorca. Actualmente está compuesta por 38 asociaciones que tienen más de 3.000 afiliados, entre músicos de bandas y alumnos de las respectivas escuelas de música.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Con este convenio se pretende subvencionar las distintas actividades organizadas en relación al movimiento de bandas de Mallorca y que tienen como objetivo favorecer e incentivar la voluntad de perfeccionamiento y de auto-formación de las bandas, de estimular la capacidad de desarrollar acciones e iniciativas musicales, en general, y de promocionar la música, especialmente la que constituye nuestro patrimonio musical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Colaborar con la Federación Balear de Bandas de Música y Asociaciones Musicales significa apoyar a la institución encargada de fomentar el intercambio y el desarrollo de las actividades musicales que llevan a cabo las diferentes bandas federadas y que, además, llevar a cabo una importante tarea de coordinación de las actividades de las diferentes bandas y asociaciones de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Federación de Música y Baile Mallorquín. Promover el act. cultura popular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Federación de Música y Baile Mallorquín es una entidad formada por grupos y asociaciones culturales que se dedican al baile, la música y la indumentaria tradicional y popular de la isla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Federación de Música y Baile Mallorquín, tal y cómo indican sus estatutos, se constituyó para ser instrumento de coordinación, investigación, representación, gestión, fomento y defiende de las Asociaciones de Bailes y Música Popular y Tradicional siempre que entre sus objetivos figuren los de defensa y promoción de la cultura popular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Este convenio tiene la finalidad de subvencionar las actividades que llevará a cabo la Federación a lo largo del año 2013 y que tiene como uno de sus objetivos apoyar a las asociaciones federadas para poder llevar a cabo sus programas de promoción, divulgación de la cultura popular mallorquina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;A través de las numerosas actividades que organiza la mencionada Federación se promociona el conocimiento y la práctica viva de la cultura popular tradicional de nuestra isla en sus diversas manifestaciones: el baile, la canción, los instrumentos, la indumentaria, los glosados, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Colaborar con la Federación de Música y Baile Mallorquín significa apoyar a la única entidad existente en Mallorca que coordina las diferentes asociaciones de baile y música popular y tradicional de la isla, con el fin de conseguir una unidad de acción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Federación Corales. Promover la música coral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Apoyar a las actividades programadas por esta Federación, que tiene como objetivos potenciar el canto coral, haciéndola permeable a los cambios permanentes de los movimientos culturales, sociológicos y humanísticos de nuestra sociedad. Estos objetivos sueño básicamente la formación, promoción, difusión de nuestras corales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Colaborar con la Federación de Corales de Mallorca significa apoyar a la única entidad existente en las Islas Baleares encargada de impulsar y coordinar las actividades de tipo individual y colectivo de las entidades asociadas en las Islas Baleares; asesorar, colaborar y orientar a las entidades asociadas en todos los aspectos musicales e institucionales; tener en cuenta las peculiaridades y necesidades del canto coral en las Islas Baleares, participando de manera activa dentro de la cultura de nuestra comunidad. Para conseguir estas finalidades, se desarrollan las actividades siguientes: promover y ayudar a la creación de nuevas entidades corales; realizar actividades formativas y creativas de música coral; difundir y editar material formativo y divulgativo; asociarse y confederarse, de la manera que se crea conveniente y colaborar con aquellas entidades, empresas que tengan finalidades similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las actividades organizadas en relación al movimiento coral de Mallorca tienen como objetivo la formación dirigida a directores, intérpretes y maestros de lenguaje musical, técnica vocal y de música a las escuelas; la coordinación de las corales; la promoción, el fomento y la ayuda porque cada coral organice sus propios conciertos; la realización de la Fiesta del Canto Coral; la realización de las actualizaciones de los contenidos de la página web, así como la propia modernización de la página y, finalmente, la realización de diferentes conciertos solidarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Fundación Islas Baleares por la Música. Mantenimiento de la Fundación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Orquesta Sinfónica de Baleares “Ciutat de Palma” es una formación creada a través de la Fundación Pública de las Baleares para la Música, organismo creado en 1988 a instancia del Gobierno Balear, el Ayuntamiento de Palma y el Consell de Mallorca, para promocionar la música en las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Orquesta, aparte de su temporada de abono en Palma, participa en la producción de las temporadas de ópera de la Fundación Teatro Principal de Palma –nos dependiente del Consell de Mallorca– y de los Amigos de la Ópera de Mahón; en el Festival de Música Castell de Bellver; el Festival Internacional de Música de Pollença; los ciclos de música de cámara al Museo de Mallorca, al Casal Solleric, en el Castillo de Sant Carles, Es Baluard y la Fundación Pilar y Joan Miró. También programa audiciones para escolares y conciertos familiares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por otro lado, ha hecho estrenos e interpreta con asiduidad las obras de los compositores de las Islas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. Aportación Observatorio Astronómico de Costitx. Act. de divulgación científica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Observatorio Astronómico de Mallorca, como entidad líder en las Islas Baleares en la difusión de la ciencia y referente europeo, forma parte de la Red Española. Entre sus objetivos está el de la divulgación y conocimiento de la astronomía y por la difusión, mediante la astronomía popular, que pretende acercar la astronomía a todos los ciudadanos y ciudadanas de Mallorca. Otras iniciativas de difusión son las relacionadas con el Mallorca Planetarium: talleres, charlas y conferencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Observatorio astronómico se propone apoyar el conocimiento de la Astronomía entre el público en general y difundir y estimular su conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6. Aportación Fundación Charo y Camilo José Cela. Apoyo actividades propias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El objetivo de esta aportación es la de colaborar y ayudar económicamente en el cumplimiento de las líneas que pretende la Fundación y que son las del mantenimiento del recuerdo de la estancia en Mallorca de Rosario Conde Picavea y Camilo José Cela Trulock. La promoción y realización de estudios y trabajos relacionados con la obra literaria y las actividades culturales de Camilo José Cela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7. Aportación Fundación Coll Bardolet. Mantenimiento Fund.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El objetivo de esta aportación es la de colaborar y ayudar económicamente al cumplimiento de las líneas que pretende la Fundación Cultural Coll Bardolet que se constituyó el mes de enero de 2005, fruto del deseo del artista Josep Coll Bardolet (Campdevànol, Girona 1912 – Valldemossa, Islas Baleares 2007) de legar parte de su colección de pinturas al pueblo donde vivió desde 1944.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Patronato de la Fundación está formado por representantes del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, del Ayuntamiento de Valldemossa y del Consell de Mallorca, familiares y amigos del artista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Fundación tiene dos objetivos principales: por un lado preservar, exhibir y difundir la obra pictórica de Josep Coll Bardolet y de su colección privada propiedad de la Fundación, y de otra la promoción de las bellas artes en todos sus aspectos y variantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los objetivos de esta convocatoria son promover el mercado escénico, mediante la muestra de productos novedosos, posibilitando la renovación de ideas y conceptos, procurando el encuentro entre los programadores y el público interesado. En cualquier caso, el objetivo principal es contribuir a aumentar el nivel del teatro a nuestra comunidad y ofrecer espectáculos de calidad estética y pedagógica que ayuden al público a sintonizar con el mundo de la cultura, de una manera lúdica a la vez que se apoya y promoción a la producción artística y se hace posible la circulación de artistas y compañías por el más varios circuitos de producción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Convocatoria actividades culturales en ayuntamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta convocatoria pretende impulsar la política cultural de los ayuntamientos de Mallorca, mediante la convocatoria de una línea de subvenciones que busca fomentar, por un lado, las actividades creativas la edición de proyectos, etc. De este modo se consigue promover una cultura más cercana y llegar a un mayor número de personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Convocatoria de Artes Plásticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se pretende fomentar, mediante el apoyo y la colaboración con entidades privadas, la realización de proyectos expositivos de artes plásticas, dirigidos al público en general, hechos por las galerías de arte de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Convocatoria ayudas a la producción teatral .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta convocatoria pretende promover y difundir la dramaturgia, las obras, los autores y los espectáculos escénicos de Mallorca con los propósitos de conservarlo y difundirlo . Los destinatarios de esta convocatoria son las personas físicas o jurídicas del mundo de las artes escénicas, constituidos como profesionales o empresas con personalidad jurídica propia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. Convocatoria ferias de teatro para asociaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Colaborar económicamente con la organización de las ferias de teatro, dentro del ámbito asociativo, no profesional, significa dar apoyo a proyectos que promocionan la difusión del teatro en todas sus posibilidades, como por ejemplo, el teatro infantil y juvenil, como adulto. Además procurar la reflexión sobre la importancia del teatro como valor formativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6. Convocatoria para actividades musicales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se pretende la realización de conciertos y clases magistrales de música clásica o de jazz que se propongan promover y divulgar estas disciplinas musicales entre la población. Los destinatarios de esta convocatoria son las entidades asociativas u organizativas sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Biblioteca Diocesana de Mallorca es heredera de la tradición secular de la Iglesia mallorquina de servicio a la cultura. La novedad es que se han recogido en un solo centro documental la mayoría del caudal bibliográfico de la diócesis, con las posibilidades que ofrece la informatización de los registros de libros. También, hay que destacar, que no es un fondo exclusivamente eclesiástico (aproximadamente un 50 % del total), y qué es especialmente valioso por el hecho que, más de la mitad de la bibliografía está imprimida antes del s XX, sin tener en cuenta el importante caudal de manuscritos lulianos procedentes del Colegio de La Sapiencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Esta entidad no es considerada una institución pública, pero, atendido su gran papel tanto en la generación del patrimonio cultural como en la posesión de una cantidad ingente de bienes culturales, tiene que ser objeto de políticas específicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En la anualidad de 2013 se vuelve hacer hincapié en la catalogación de los bienes del patrimonio histórico municipal. Esta acción es de gran urgencia puesto que se dispone a la Ley de Patrimonio Histórico de las Islas Baleares (disposición transitoria tercera) que data de 1998 y resta todavía para cumplir en gran parte. Los ayuntamientos están obligados a cumplir esta disposición para poder adaptar los planeamiento urbanísticos al Plan Territorial de Mallorca de 2004.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Iglesia Católica es la entidad que posee el mayor número de bienes culturales, y los más representativos. Este hecho sólo justifica una dedicación presupuestaria de fondos públicos obviando los requisitos de publicidad y libre concurrencia; esto más si se tiene en cuenta que este patrimonio eclesiástico es casi siempre accesible para el público, condición siempre deseable en la política de subvenciones de las Administraciones. Por otra parte el Obispado es excluido de la participación en las convocatorias públicas generales, por la simple razón que la participación masiva de peticionarios eclesiásticos (parroquias, etc.) dificultaría enormemente la acción de la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La subvención nominativa al Consorcio de la Ciudad Romana de Pollentia para la adquisición de Can Domenge se concedió en el año 2003 y es paralela a otras dos subvenciones para el mismo objeto concedidas por el Gobierno Balear y el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia. Las tres subvenciones tienen por origen una acuerdo de colaboración entre las tres administraciones patronas del Consorcio de Pollentia en el momento de su constitución: el Ayuntamiento de Alcudia, el Consell Insular de Mallorca y el Gobierno Balear. Por lo tanto la concesión no es del actual ejercicio presupuestario sino del momento en que se concedió la subvención plurianual, el 2003, para hacer efectivo aquel acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Justificación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Ley 6/1994, de 13 de diciembre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares en materia de patrimonio histórico, de Promoción Sociocultural, de depósito legal de libros y de deportes, afectada por el artículo 29.3 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, atribuye con carácter propio todas las competencias ejecutivas y de gestión asumidas por la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares de acuerdo el Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares, con la relación dada por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares, atribuye como competencia propia a los consejos insulares en materia de deporte y en concreto, el fomento y promoción de las actividades deportivas(artículo 70,9).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En consecuencia, el Consell de Mallorca ejerce a partir del día 1 de enero de 1995, las competencias contenidas en los apartados 1 a 4 del artículo 6 de la mencionada Ley 6/94, le corresponde al Consell de Mallorca, entre otros, asumir las competencias de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Las derivadas del Real decreto 410/1892 de 29 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Las derivadas del artículo 84 de la Ley 11/1990, de 15 de de octubre del deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Las que determine la Ley de Deporte Balear, Ley 14/2006, 17 de octubre, en la cual según el artículo 11, corresponde a la&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; administración del Consell de Mallorca, en el ámbito insular, además de las establecidas a la Ley 4/1994, de 13 de diciembre, el ejercicio de las competencias de deportes entre otros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Colaborar dentro de Mallorca, con las otras administraciones, y con las entidades en el buen desarrollo del deporte base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Ejecutar la legislación que dicte con este fin la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. (Convocar y regular los programas de promoción deportiva, fases finales, programa de deporte escolar, etc...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Planificar, en colaboración con el resto de administraciones públicas, fomentar y ejecutar los programas de deporte escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Establecer y financiar la participación de deportistas como representantes de Mallorca, participen en competiciones autonómicas en colaboración con las delegaciones insulares o federaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Corresponde al Consell de Mallorca de acuerdo con el previsto a la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre (capítulo II del título III), fomentar la participación al ámbito escolar en actividades deportivas, como elemento fundamental de educación y el desarrollo de los escolares, mediante el deporte escolar, como la actividad física deportiva organizada que se practica en horario no lectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dicha práctica del deporte escolar tiene que ser preferentemente polideportiva y tiene que garantizar que la población escolar conozca la práctica de varias modalidades deportivas de acuerdo con su aptitud física y edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Este programa del deporte escolar ofrece un conjunto de actividades psicodeportivas que se tienen que implantar para fomentar la práctica de la actividad deportiva organizada en el ámbito de la población en edad escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Consell de Mallorca en aplicación y desarrollo del programa del deporte escolar, tiene que favorecer la participación de las entidades deportivas y, si se tercia, otras entidades públicas y privadas interesadas en el desarrollo del deporte escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Corresponde al Consell de Mallorca como administración deportiva, de acuerdo con el artículo 20 de la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre la ejecución de los programas de deporte escolar a la isla de Mallorca, canalizando la práctica deportiva escolar intermediando, las federaciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las federaciones deportivas son, según el artículo 52, de la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de de octubre, del deporte de las Islas Baleares, entidades privadas y sin ánimo de lucro, de interés público y social, dedicadas a la promoción, la gestión, la regulación y la ordenación técnica de las correspondientes modalidades deportivas y a la coordinación de la práctica del deporte específico. Las federaciones deportivas disfrutan de personalidad jurídica y capacidad de obrar llenas para cumplir sus finalidades. Además de las funciones propias, las federaciones deportivas podrán ejercer funciones públicas de carácter administrativo, caso en que actúan como agentes colaboradores de la administración deportiva correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 53, de la mencionada Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre, la administración deportiva puede delegar a las federaciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares, en el uso de sus competencias y bajo criterios de coordinación y tutela, las funciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- La ordenación, la calificación y la supervisión de las competiciones deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- El ejercicio de la potestad disciplinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Además de las funciones establecidas al apartado primero del artículo 53 de la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre, reglamentariamente se podrán determinar otras funciones públicas administrativas que por delegación, y bajo los criterios, la tutela y el control de las administraciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Según el artículo 61 de la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre, las federaciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares tienen que dirigir y regular las actividades propias de sus modalidades deportivas desarrolladas en coordinación con la administración territorial competente en materia deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Atendido todo el expuesto, el Consell de Mallorca, como entidad administrativa deportiva, responsable, según las competencias asumidas a partir del 1 de enero de 1995, en materia de deporte base escolar, realiza la convocatoria general de la actividad deportiva general en Mallorca, organiza, dirige y coordina el desarrollo de la actividad deportiva escolar, la gestión técnica se realizada a través de las federaciones deportivas correspondientes, que son las únicas entidades reconocidas, para llevar a cabo las funciones de gestionar las actividades, homologando los resultados, clasificaciones, árbitros, jueces, comité de competiciones, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta gestión encomendada por el Consell de Mallorca a las federaciones deportivas se hace mediante un convenio, que constan las implicaciones que corresponden a cada una de ambas entidades, tanto en el aspecto técnico, como en la financiación y ejecución de la actividad deportiva escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Objetivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Colaborar con las ligas deportivas oficiales y reconocidas por las federaciones deportivas dentro del ámbito de competencias en materia deportiva del Consell de Mallorca, de acuerdo con la ley 6 /1994, de 13 de diciembre, y la ley 14/2006, del 17 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Colaborar con las federaciones deportivas en materia de deporte base, en coordinación, organización de competiciones y actividades en edad escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Federaciones con convenio (33):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

No hay posibilidad de concurrencia atendida la singularidad de la Fundación puesto que no consta que exista en Mallorca cabe otro jardín botánico público o privado que pueda ser objeto de una aportación. Entre las finalidades de la fundación se establece “el incremento del patrimonio cultural de nuestro pueblo elevando el interés y aprecio popular por la natura” estando sus actuaciones dirigidas al público en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Mediante el Decreto 106/2010 de 24 de septiembre, (BOIB núm. 142 de 30 de septiembre de 2010) sobre el traspaso a los consejos insulares las funciones inherente a las competencias propias de estas instituciones se traspasan al Consell de Mallorca las funciones y servicios inherentes a las competencias que ejercía la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares en materia de caza y regulación, vigilancia y aprovechamiento de recursos cinegéticos, como también de pesca fluvial en el territorio de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El vigente decreto de organización del Consell de Mallorca establece al artículo 7 h) como atribución del Departamento de Medio ambiente llevar a cabo la regulación, la vigilancia y el aprovechamiento de los recursos cinegéticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Federación Balear de Caza se una federación deportiva, y como tal es una asociación de carácter privado con funciones públicas de carácter administrativo, que actúa como agente colaborador de la Administración pública, tal como lo define el artículo 52.3 de la ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre del Deporte de las Islas Baleares. Puede ejercer por delegación las funciones que le encomienda la Administración, de acuerdo con el expresado en el artículo 1.3 del Decreto 33/2004, de 2 de abril, por el cual se regulan las federaciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares, y tiene interés manifiesto a colaborar con la práctica de este deporte y con la gestión sostenible de los recursos cinegéticos de las Islas Baleares, siendo, por su naturaleza, la única federación de caza de la Isla de Mallorca. El objeto de la subvención se centra en el impulso, la protección y fomento de recursos cinegéticos y la promoción de la función social de las sociedades de cazadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Todo esto, conforme a la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.
