    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Aprobado inicialmente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;por el Ayuntamiento en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Pleno en sesión&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;celebrada el día&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;11-04-2013, la Ordenanza de consumo de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;este Ayuntamiento, se abre de conformidad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;con el art.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;102 de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Ley 20/2006&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Islas Baleares,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;un plazo de treinta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;días, contados a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;partir del día siguiente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;hábil&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;al de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;la publicación de este&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;anuncio en el BOIB, para que la vecindad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;las personas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;legítimamente interesadas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;puedan examinar el expediente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;y efectuar las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;reclamaciones,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;objeciones y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;observaciones que consideren&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;En caso&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;no se produzca&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;ninguna reclamación,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;objeción&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;ni&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;observación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;dentro del plazo indicado, quedará aprobado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;definitivamente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;dicha Ordenanza&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;en función&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de lo previsto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;en el art.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;102&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;d) de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Ley autonómica 20/2006.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
