    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, en la sesión del 22 de marzo de 2013, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente Acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;quot;AUTORIZACIÓN TRASPASO LICENCIA MUNICIPAL AUTO-TAXI Nº 2, A FAVOR DE LA SRA. RAIMUNDA JORDAN PASTOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;Vista la solicitud presentada por el señor Antonio Canals Mir,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;titular de la licencia del Auto-Taxi n.º 2, solicitando el traspaso a favor de la&amp;nbsp; señora Raimunda Jordán Pastor, y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;de conformidad con el informe jurídico emitido al respecto, así como lo dispuesto en la Ordenanza Municipal de los Servicios Urbanos de Transportes en Vehículos Ligeros para las Licencias de Auto-Taxis de este Ayuntamiento, por unanimidad y en votación ordinaria, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;ACUERDA&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;Autorizar el traspaso de la licencia de Auto-Taxi nº. 2, a nombre de la señora Raimunda Jordán Pastor (DNI 18.235.377-B), para el vehículo de la marca CITROEN, modelo&amp;nbsp; NC5 T 160 EXC, con matrícula 5933 HDF, con la advertencia que deberá sujetarse a lo dispuesto en el RD 1211/90, de aprobación del Reglamento de la Ley de Ordenación de los Transportes Terrestres (LOTT), así como en la Ordenanza Municipal anteriormente señalada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;Esta autorización de traspaso implica el pago del 10% del precio fijado en la transmisión, que en este caso supone la cantidad de dos mil quinientos euros (2.500 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;Ordenar su publicación en el BOIB, así como en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento, a los efectos oportunos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;Notificarlo a la interesada, al presidente de la Asociación de Taxis y a los Negociados afectados.&amp;quot; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
