    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aprobadas por la Junta de Gobierno Local en sesión ordinaria celebrada día 22 de marzo de 2013 las bases de las &lt;strong&gt;BECAS DE FORMACIÓN PRÁCTICA PARA ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS y DE CICLOS FORMATIVOS 2012/2013&lt;/strong&gt;, se hace público el presente acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“Teniendo en cuenta que la experiencia es un punto importante para todo estudiante, visto que el Ayuntamiento tiene la voluntad y la posibilidad de poder acercar los universitarios, y los alumnos de ciclos formativos al mundo laboral y para ello ofrecerles las becas prácticas para que completen su formación académica.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El gasto que supone la concesión de las becas es de 5.000,00 € a cargo de la partida presupuestaria núm. 324.481.01. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, la&amp;nbsp; regidora que lo subscribe&amp;nbsp; PROPONE a la Junta de Gobierno Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Aprobar les bases adjuntes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;BASES REGULADORAS DE LA CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS DE FORMACIÓN PRÁCTICA PARA ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS Y DE CICLOS FORMATIVOS, CURSO 2012/2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- CONVOCATORIA&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Andratx convoca becas de prácticas para los estudiantes universitarios y de ciclos formativos y/o de iniciación profesional empadronados en Andratx, para este curso 2012/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a.- El objeto de estas Bases es regular las ayudas que concederá el Ayuntamiento de Andratx durante el año 2013 a estudiantes universitarios y de ciclos formativos empadronados en Andratx para favorecer su formación y práctica profesional.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b.- El objetivo prioritario de estas ayudas es completar la formación académica, adquirir experiencia y apoyar profesional al alumno. Por lo tanto, no hay vinculación laboral entre el Ayuntamiento y el alumno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- REQUISITOS QUE HAN DE REUNIR LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Podrán solicitar estas ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Alumnos de grado y postgrado que hayan superado el 50% de los créditos académicos en el momento de realizar la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Estudiantes de ciclos formativos, matriculados en cualquier centro público o privado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los peticionarios tienen que estar empadronados en Andratx con una antigüedad mínima de un año en el momento de realizar la solicitud y estar al cabo de la calle de sus obligaciones fiscales con este Ayuntamiento, y no ser deudores al mismo por cualquiera otro concepto no tributario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De no ser así, tendrán 10 días hábiles para subsanar la deficiencia detectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- El simple hecho de presentar la solicitud de las becas 2013, supone aceptar estas bases y en caso de falsedad u omisión total o parcial de la documentación presentada se incurrirá en responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- PLAZAS PARA CUBRIR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las plazas que el Ayuntamiento de Andratx ofrece para el curso 2012/2013 son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1 becario/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Departamento: juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Periodo de la beca: *junio, *julio, *agosto, *septiembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Estudios en curso: animación sociocultural, actividades físico - deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tareas a realizar: dinamización infantil y juvenil al departamento de juventud, difusión de información, dinamización de la información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1 becario/a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Departamento: cultura y educación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Periodo de la beca: *junio, *julio, *agosto, *septiembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Estudios en curso: pedagogía, sociología, humanidades, ciencias de la información, ciencias políticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tareas a realizar: trabajos en el departamento de educación relacionados con dossiers educativos, becas, difusión de la información eurodesk, elaboración de dossiers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el caso de alumnos de la UIB será necesario el visto bueno del vice-decano de los estudios correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1 becario/a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Departamento: juventud, cultura y educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Periodo de la beca: *junio, *julio, *agosto, *septiembre.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Estudios en curso: filología inglesa, traducción, pedagogía, sociología, ciencia de la información, ciencias políticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tareas a realizar: trabajos en el departamento de educación, difusión de la información eurodesk, documentar a través de *firts *class sobre juventud, educación y cultura, elaborar documento de sve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1 becario/a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Departamento: área de patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Periodo de la beca: junio, julio, agosto, septiembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tareas a realizar: catalogación de bienes inmuebles, redacción de proyectos expositivos, redacción de unidades didácticas de patrimonio educativo, gestión diaria del patrimonio municipal, actividades de difusión del patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Estudios en curso: derecho, ciencias políticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tareas a realizar: tareas de apoyo al área: instrucción de expedientes de actividades, licencias de actividades, sancionadores, investigación de documentación legislativa, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las solicitudes se tendrán que presentar en el SAC (Servicio de Atención a la Ciudadanía) del Ayuntamiento o en cualquier otro de los lugares admitidos por el artículo 38 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común. Plazo 1 mes a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.- PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los peticionarios tienen que presentar los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Impreso de solicitud debidamente rellenado (que se encuentra en la página www.andratx.cat)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Una fotocopia del DNI /NIE del interesado, y del padre y la madre (tutores) en caso de ser menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Un certificado de créditos/asignaturas aprobados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La documentación que se estime conveniente para acreditar el cumplimiento por parte de los peticionarios de los criterios establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.- CRITERIOS DE SELECCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el caso de empate de solicitudes, tendrán preferencia los alumnos de los cursos superiores y los que tengan más créditos aprobados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.- CRÉDITO PRESUPUESTARIO&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La dotación económica total por parte del Ayuntamiento de las becas a conceder es de 5.000€, a cargo de la partida presupuestaria 324.48.101.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.- NATURALEZA DE LAS BECAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) La beca se podrá desarrollar en los meses comprendidos entre el 1 junio y el 30 de septiembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Un mismo alumno sólo podrá realizar prácticas en el Ayuntamiento como máximo durante tres cursos académicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) La duración de las prácticas nunca puede superar las 650 horas por curso académico, repartidas en 5 horas diarias de lunes a viernes . Con cuyo objeto se pretende que el alumno pueda compaginar los estudios con las prácticas. El Ayuntamiento de Andratx se compromete a dar facilidades para establecer el horario de los estudiantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) En cuanto al seguro escolar, este cubrirá las contingencias de los estudiantes que siguen los programas beques en las condiciones que se establecen en las disposiciones legales que lo regulan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) En caso de no ser cubierta, el Ayuntamiento dispone de un seguro por las contingencias ocurridas al propio Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) Los alumnos seleccionados estarán supervisados por un tutor por parte del Ayuntamiento quién será el responsable directo a su departamento y por el Responsable del Centro Universitario de Andratx y técnico de educación quien coordinará todo el programa de becas. En el caso de los becarios de la UIB también tendrán un tutor académico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;g) El Ayuntamiento de Andratx controlará rigurosamente la asistencia de los estudiantes a sus lugares de actividad, y también el cumplimiento y aprovechamiento de sus prácticas mediante la persona responsable de cada departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10.- CUANTÍA Y PAGO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Becas de 390 € limpios una vez que se les haya retenido un 2% de IRPF, para los departamentos del Ayuntamiento, por un tiempo de 2 a 4 meses y un total de 100 horas mensuales, aportados íntegramente por el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Los becarios que hayan sido admitidos, después del informe favorable del técnico encargado recibirán la dotación económica asignada una vez presentada la memoria y documentación final, previo informe favorable del técnico de educación el Ayuntamiento, el cual, recaudará los informes que considere oportunos, y una vez se hayan realizado los trámites administrativos necesarios para su pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;11.- TRAMITACIÓN DE LAS BECAS Y ÓRGANOS COMPETENTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Una vez finalizado el plazo para la presentación de las diferentes solicitudes de becas, la Junta de Gobierno Local resolverá en el plazo máximo de 1 mes, la concesión de las becas. Transcurrido este plazo sin que la Junta de Gobierno Local hubiera resuelto, los interesados podrán entender desestimadas sus solicitudes por silencio administrativo, sin perjuicio de la resolución por parte del Ayuntamiento con posterioridad al vencimiento del plazo para resolver.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) En el supuesto de que los estudiantes no sean de la UIB se tiene que firmar un convenio en cada una de las universidades correspondientes, esta gestión se realizará desde el Centro Universitario con el apoyo del alumno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) En el caso de los alumnos de la UIB, se seguirán los protocolos establecidos según el acuerdo marco firmado entre este Ayuntamiento y la UIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;12.- NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Todo lo no previsto por las presentes Bases, será de aplicación la Ordenanza municipal reguladora de la concesión de ayudas y subvenciones, la Ley 30/1992, Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común y la Ley 38/2003, General de Subvenciones, el RD 887/2006, de 21 de julio que aprueba el reglamento de la ley de subvenciones y si procede, al Acuerdo marco subscrito con la UIB en fecha de 27 de julio de 2001.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Aprobar el gasto de 5.000,00 € a cargo de la partida presupuestaria núm. 324.481.01.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- Publicar en el BOIB para información pública, en el tablón de anuncios y en la página Web &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;del Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.- Dar cuenta a la Intervención Municipal y al Departamento de Educación”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
