    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Mediante el presente edicto el cual se realiza también, mediante anuncio en el tablón de edictos del Ayuntamiento, da acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 11 del RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrero, y de acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 59.5) y 59.6) de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del procedimiento Administrativo Común, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, atendiendo que no ha sido posible notificarlo a los interesados por haber resultado infructuosos los intentos de notificación personal, se notifica que se ha iniciado expediente sancionador por infracciones administrativas, a las persones físicas o jurídicas que figuran en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
