    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Intentada sin efecto la notificación con acuse de recibo a los titulares conocidos, por ignorarse el domicilio o no haber hallado en el mismo a los interesados/as, mediante el presente edicto, el cual se realiza también mediante anuncio en el tablón de edictos del Ayuntamiento, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el art. 11 del RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrero, y de acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos 59.5) y 59.6) de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, SE NOTIFICA: Que por la Policía Local y en virtud de lo establecido en el art. 86 del RDL 339/1990, de 2 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto articulado de la Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y seguridad Vial, modificado por la Ley 18/2009, de 23 de noviembre, y art. 3.b) de la Ley 22/2011, de 28 de julio, de Residuos y Suelos Contaminados, se ha redactado informe en referencia al presumible estado de abandono en la vía pública por espacio superior a dos meses y en el mismo lugar, de los vehículos que a continuación se relacionan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;O&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;torgando al/la titular un plazo de 15 días a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la presente, para que retire el vehículo, quedando advertido/a de que en el caso de que el vehículo no fuese retirado en el plazo que se indica, se procederá a su declaración y posterior tratamiento como residuo urbano, pudiéndose iniciar expediente por infracción al art. 3.b) de la Ley 22/2011, de 28 de julio, de Residuos y suelos contaminados, infracción esta cualificada como grave y sancionable con multa de 901,00 hasta 45.000,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Igualmente se le comunica que en el caso de no ser de su interés la retirada del vehículo, únicamente estará libre de responsabilidad administrativa si lo cede a un gestor de residuos autorizado o al Ayuntamiento, en este último caso deberá presentarse dentro del plazo señalado de 15 días, en las dependencias de la Policía Local de Es Castell (telf. 971 36 27 47), para formalizar los trámites correspondientes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
