    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se publica el presente EDICTO para que sirva de notificación a efectos legales, de conformidad con el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, ante la imposibilidad, por ausencia o ignorado paradero, de comunicarle la resolución del Recurso de Alzada, levantadas a los sujetos responsables que a continuación se relacionan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El importe de las sanciones puede hacerse efectivo por los medios legalmente establecidos. Se advierte que la resolución del Recurso de Alzada agota la vía administrativa, pudiendo interponer en el plazo de DOS MESES contados desde el día siguiente a su notificación, recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo correspondiente a la circunscripción donde tenga su sede el órgano que dictó el acto originario impugnado, conforme al art. 8.3, en relación con el art. 14.1 Primera y el 46.1, de la L.29/1998, de 13 de Julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
