&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt;-Escrito de la directora general de Patrimonio, Contratos y Obras Públicas de día 30 de noviembre de 2011 en que pone de manifiesto la necesidad de reorganizar espacios, reducir arrendamientos y renegociar los arrendamientos que la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades no pueda prescindir.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;2.-&lt;/strong&gt;El 21 de marzo de 2012, la directora general de Patrimonio, Contratos y Obras Públicas dictó Resolución de anotación en el Inventario General de Bienes y Derechos de la CAIB relativa a la modificación de la renta mensual y exclusión de pago del IBI por parte de la arrendataria en los casos en que estuviera estipulado, de 27 Contratos de arrendamiento de la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades, modificación aplicable a partir del 1 de enero de 2012.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; Entre los 27 arrendamientos constan los locales del edificio situado en el pasaje de Guillem de Torrella, 1, de Palma.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;3.-&lt;/strong&gt;Día 13 de marzo de 2013, tiene entrada en el registro de la Consejería de Administraciones Públicas el oficio de la secretaria general de la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 5 de marzo de 2013, de remisión de documentación relativa a una nueva reducción de la renta mensual, de los locales del edificio situado en el pasaje de Guillem de Torrella, 1, de Palma, por el período comprendido entre el 1 de marzo de 2013 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2014. La documentación de este expediente, es la siguiente:&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; -Memorias justificativas de la modificación de la renta mensual, firmadas por la secretaria general de la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; -Documentos de aceptación de la nueva renta mensual, firmados por los diferentes propietarios de los inmuebles.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt;-El artículo 65 y siguientes de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del Patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Islas Baleares (Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 49, de 24 de abril de 2001), que regulan los arrendamientos de inmuebles a favor de la Comunidad Autónoma, y el artículo 87.i de la misma ley, que atribuye al consejero competente en materia de Patrimonio la tramitación y aprobación de los arrendamientos de bienes inmueble&lt;/span&gt;s.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.-&lt;/strong&gt;Los artículos 131 a 138 del Decreto 127/2005, de 16 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del Patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Islas Baleares (Boletín Oficial de les Islas Baleares núm. 192, de 24 de diciembre de 2005&lt;/span&gt;).&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;3.-&lt;/strong&gt;El Decreto 10/2011, de 18 de junio, del presidente de les Islas Baleares, por el que se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece le estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 91 ext., de 20 de junio).&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;4.-&lt;/strong&gt;El Decreto 11/2011, de 18 de junio, del presidente de les Islas Baleares, por el que se nombra los miembros del Gobierno de les Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 91 ext., de 20 de junio).&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;5&lt;/strong&gt;.-El Decreto 12/2011, de 18 de junio, del presidente de les Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 91 ext., de 20 de junio).&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;6&lt;/strong&gt;.-El Decreto 81/2011, de 22 de julio, por el que se nombra la directora general de Patrimonio, Contratos y Obras Públicas de la Consejería de Administraciones Públicas (BOIB núm. 112, de 23 de julio).&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Por todo esto, elevo a la consideración del consejero de Administraciones Públicas la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; text-align: center"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; Notificar esta Resolución a la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades, sin perjuicio que se tenga que de tramitar el correspondiente procedimiento económico financiero.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; Anotar esta modificación en en el Inventario General de Bienes y Derecho de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/p&gt;
