    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Según dispone el artículo 33 del Reglamento del servicio&amp;nbsp; público de suministro de agua potable del Ayuntamiento de Campanet (BOIB NÚM 194 DE 29-12-2005), constituye una falta grave tener pendiente el pago de dos recibos correspondientes a dos trimestres. Y en base al artículo 34 de dicho reglamento, si el abonado incurre en cualquier de las faltas estipuladas en el artículo 33, por Decreto de Batlia, se podrá suspender el suministro del servicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Intentada por dos veces la notificación a las persones i entidades que posteriormente se relacionan, relativas a procedimientos de liquidaciones instruidas por la oficina municipal de intervención - tesorería del Ayuntamiento de Campanet, (Plaça Major, núm. 24);&amp;nbsp; visto que la notificación no ha podido tener efecto por causas no imputables a la administración municipal, se cita a las personas interesadas o a sus representantes&amp;nbsp; para que en el plazo de 10 días naturales, contados a partir del siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, comparezcan a la mencionada oficina para que les sea practicada la respectiva notificación. Se comunica que si no comparece en el plazo hábil citado, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales desde el día siguiente al del vencimiento del periodo señalado para comparecer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;JOAN AMENGUAL HORRACH, Alcalde Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Campanet, haciendo uso de las atribuciones&amp;nbsp; conferidas&amp;nbsp; por la legislación de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Primero.- Notificar al titular BARTOLOME ALCOVER ISERN.,&amp;nbsp; con NIF 41131714D, que el Ayuntamiento propondrá la suspensión del suministro de agua potable a la calle Polígon 10, núm. 60, por constituir falta grave el tener pendiente de pago dos recibos correspondientes a dos trimestres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segundo.- Conceder al titular un plazo de 10 días hábiles, des de la notificación del presente decreto,&amp;nbsp; para presentar alegaciones a la propuesta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tercero.- pasados 10 días, sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones o respuesta adecuada, el Ayuntamiento procederá a precintar&amp;nbsp; i suspender el suministro de agua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cuarto.- Según el artículo 36, Transcurridos dos meses des de la suspensión del suministro sin que el abonado haya solucionado las causas por las que se ha interrumpido el servicio, el ayuntamiento estará facultado para resolver el contrato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El servicio se restablecerá el mismo dia o el siguiente hábil del que se hayan solucionado las causas que originan la interrupción del suministro. Campanet, 22 de noviembre de 2012”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
