    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se hace público que, por acuerdo del Consejo General de la Reserva de fecha 5 de septiembre de 2012, se aprobó la disolución del Consorcio Menorca Reserva de Biosfera, así como la innecesariedad de abrir ninguna fase de liquidación del consorcio, dada la falta de actividad económica prévia, acordándose así mismo la remisión del acuerdo al resto de administraciones fundadoras, con el fin de que hicieran la tramitación pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de la Comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears de fecha 5 de octubre de 2012 (BOIB núm. 148, de 11 de octubre de 2012), por el cual se ratifica el acuerdo del Consejo General de la Reserva de fecha 5 de septiembre de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vistos los acuerdos adoptados por el Consejo Insular de Menorca y los ocho ayuntamientos de la isla, el detalle de los cuales se describe más abajo, por los que se aprobaron inicialmente el expediente de disolución del Consorcio Menorca Reserva de Biosfera así como someter el expediente a información pública por un plazo de treinta días hábiles contados a partir del dia siguiente al de la publicación del pertinente anuncio en el BOIB, señalando que en el caso de no formularse alegaciones se entenderían definitivamente aprobados los acuerdos hasta entonces provisionales, encargandose la publicación del acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears al Consejo Insular de Menorca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
