&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;. Por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;de las Islas Baleares de 15 de noviembre de 2010 se aprobó la convocatoria general por la que se establecen las bases comunes que tienen que regir, en régimen descentralizado por sectores sanitarios, las pruebas selectivas para cubrir plazas vacantes de diversas categorías de facultativo especialista de área del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares correspondientes a las ofertas de empleo público para el año 2010 (BOIB núm. 176, de 2 de desembre de 2010).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 20 de abril de 2011 se aprobó la convocatoria general por la que se establecen las bases comunes que tienen que regir, en régimen descentralizado por sectores sanitarios, las pruebas selectivas para cubrir plazas vacantes de diversas categorías de facultativo especialista de área del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares correspondientes a las ofertas de empleo público para el año 2011 (BOIB núm. 67, de 5 de mayo de 2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;. Por medio &lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;de las Islas Baleares &lt;/span&gt;de 6 de noviembre de 2012 —publicada el 19 de noviembre de 2012; corrección de errores publicada el 4 de diciembre de 2012— se convocó un concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de diversas categorías de facultativo especialista de área del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares correspondientes al sector sanitario de Ponent (Hospital Son Dureta).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4&lt;/strong&gt;. Una vez agotado el plazo para presentar solicitudes de acuerdo con la base 4 de la convocatoria general, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Se aprueban las listas provisionales de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas en el concurso oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de diversas categorías de facultativo especialista de área del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares correspondientes al sector sanitario de Ponent, que se adjuntan como anexo a esta resolución. En la lista provisional de personas admitidas figuran el nombre, los apellidos y el DNI. En la lista provisional de personas excluidas figura también la causa de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;. Con la finalidad de evitar errores y, si se producen, posibilitar que se corrijan en el plazo y en la forma procedentes, las personas aspirantes deben comprobar no solo que no figuran en la lista de personas excluidas sino que, además, constan en la de personas admitidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Las personas aspirantes disponen de un plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de la publicación de esta resolución para presentar reclamaciones —que no tendrán carácter de recurso— o para subsanar —si procede— el defecto que haya motivado la exclusión. Las reclamaciones que se presenten deben entenderse rechazadas cuando las personas que las hayan presentado no aparezcan como admitidas en la resolución en que se publiquen las listas definitivas. Las personas que no subsanen los defectos en el plazo establecido serán excluidas del proceso selectivo. Asimismo, quienes hayan detectado errores en la consignación de sus datos personales pueden manifestarlo en este mismo plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares,&lt;/em&gt; en los webs&amp;nbsp; &amp;lt;www.ibsalut.es&amp;gt;, &amp;lt;http://opoibsalut.caib.es&amp;gt; y &amp;lt;http://opoibsalut.illesbalears.cat&amp;gt; y en el tablón de anuncios de los Servicios Centrales del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
