    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local en la sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 3 de abril de 2013 ha acordado aprobar el Pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares y de prescripciones técnicas que han de regir el contrato de servicios de Vigilancia, Salvamento, Socorrismo y Accesibilidad a los usuarios de la Playa de Muro, mediante procedimiento abierto, oferta económicamente más ventajosa, con varios criterios de adjudicación y tramitación urgente, por lo que se somete a información pública por plazo de 5 días naturales, a contar desde el siguiente al de la inserción de este anuncio en el BOIB, a efectos de que se puedan presentar reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Simultáneamente se anuncia la licitación, si bien se aplazará-si fuera necesario-en caso de que se formulen reclamaciones, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 188.3 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
