    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mediante acuerdo adoptado por la Junta de Gobierno de fecha 27.03.13, se acordó la modificación de la normativa específica que regula el Precio Público 0.4, regulador de los servicios de reposición de pavimento y otros servicios de las siguientes características:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PRECIO PÚBLICO NÚMERO 0.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE REPOSICIÓN DE PAVIMENTO Y OTROS SERVICIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;NORMATIVA ESPECÍFICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 1º.- CONCEPTO Y FUNDAMENTO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- De conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 117 de la Ley 39/88, de 28/12, reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, y teniendo en cuenta que se dan las circunstancias requeridas por el artículo 41 B de la citada Ley, la Comisión de Gobierno de éste Ayuntamiento acuerda, en virtud de la delegación de competencias aprobada por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en sesión celebrada el 21.07.89 (punto núm.3), establece en éste término municipal el precio público para la prestación de los servicios de reposición de pavimento y otros servicios, que se hará, a instancia de parte, en los casos de remoción de la vía pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Será de aplicación a éste precio público, en primer lugar, la Ordenanza General reguladora de los Precio Públicos, aprobada inicialmente por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en sesión celebrada el 01.09.89 (punto núm.16), y definitivamente, con carácter automático el 20.10.89, y, en segundo lugar, la presente Normativa, dictada al amparo de lo que dispone el penúltimo párrafo del artículo 10 de la Ordenanza General antes citada, con la finalidad de regular los aspectos peculiares y diferenciados del presente precio público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 2º.- CUANTÍA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La cuantía a exigir para la prestación de los servicios se determinará en función de las siguientes tarifas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A) REPOSICIÓN DOBLE TRATAMIENTO SUPERFICIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-left: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Suministro, extendido y compactación de grava de cantera. Se colocará un grueso de 10 cms 1,53 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-left: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Doble tratamiento superficial constituido por capa de grava pequeña, reg de 2.5 Lgs./m2 d’ECR-2 engravado con hueso, y reg de 2 Kgs/m2 d’ECR-2 engravado con granos de arroz 5,38 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-left: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TOTAL 6,91 €&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;B) REPOSICIÓN ASFÁLTICA AGLOMERADO EN CALIENTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-left: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Suministro, extendido y compactación de grava de cantera, de primera calidad 1,53 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-left: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Suministro, extendido y compactación de aglomerado en caliente s-12, con betún B 120/300 por capa de tránsito 16,19 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-left: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TOTAL 17,72 €&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;C) COLOCACIÓN DE HITOS PARA SEÑALIZACIÓN DE VADOS 33,75 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D) PINTAR RAYA SEÑALIZADORA RESERVA ENTRADA VEHÍCULOS 18,95 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;E) COLOCACIÓN SEÑALIZACIÓN ESPECÍFICA EN LA VIA PÚBLICA DE LOCALES COMERCIALES Y TURÍSTICOS ......... 50€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ARTÍCULO 3º.- LIQUIDACIÓN E INGRESO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Una vez producida la solicitud de prestación del servicio, se practicará la correspondiente liquidación, con la superficie indicada para la Sección Técnica Municipal, y se ingresará su importe con anterioridad a la prestación del servicio, que no se llevará a cabo sin el cumplimiento de éste requisito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Si el servicio se presta con ocasión de rasas u ocupación similar de la vía pública, la liquidación se notificará juntamente con la correspondiente a ésta ocupación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El presente precio público comenzará a regir, una vez publicada su aprobación y se mantendrá en vigor, mientras no sea modificada o derogada por la Junta de Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
