    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Habiendo intentado, por los medios legalmente establecidos, la notificación personal de la resolución de inicio de los procedimientos&lt;br /&gt; sancionadores abajo referenciados y visto que no hay constancia en el expediente de la recepción por la persona interesada, de acuerdo con&lt;br /&gt; lo dispuesto en el art. 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del&lt;br /&gt; Procedimiento Administrativo Común, por el presente anuncio se pone en conocimiento de las personas que se indican a continuación que la&lt;br /&gt; Consejera de Movilidad, Interior y Medio Ambiente ha dictado resolución de inicio de procedimiento sancionador de transportes terrestres,&lt;br /&gt; comunicándoles que de conformidad con el artículo 84 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, dispone que la persona presuntamente&lt;br /&gt; responsable de los hechos tiene derecho a alegar y presentar los documentos y justificantes que consideren convenientes para su defensa, así&lt;br /&gt; como proponer prueba, en el plazo de quince días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente al de notificación de la presente resolución.&lt;br /&gt; Asimismo, se les comunica que, sino efectúan alegaciones dentro del plazo indicado, y, visto que el acuerdo transcrito contiene un&lt;br /&gt; pronunciamiento preciso sobre la responsabilidad imputada, el acuerdo de iniciación se podrá considerar como propuesta de resolución, tal&lt;br /&gt; como dispone el art. 8.4 del Decreto 14/1994, de 10 de febrero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En caso de reconocer voluntariamente su responsabilidad en los hechos, se podrá resolver el procedimiento con la imposición de la sanción&lt;br /&gt; que corresponda, y se les facilitará la documentación necesaria para efectuar el pago de la sanción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así mismo, en aplicación de lo dispuesto en el artículo 146 de la Ley 16/1987, de 30 de julio, de Ordenación de los Transportes Terrestres,&lt;br /&gt; modificada por la Ley 29/2003, de 8 de octubre, en el caso que decidan hacer efectiva la sanción antes que transcurran los quince días&lt;br /&gt; siguientes a la presente notificación, la cuantía de la sanción inicialmente propuesta se reducirá en un veinticinco por ciento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
