    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el Butlletí Oficial de las Illes Balears” nº 35 de fecha 14 de marzo de 2013, se publicó el edicto nº 4526 referido a “Notificaciones relativas a procedimientos de liquidación respecto al impuesto sobre construcciones, instalaciones y obras”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El mencionado edicto está sometido al artº 112 de la Ley 58/2003 General Tributaria, por lo que debe publicarse el dia 5 o 20 de cada mes; debido a que se publicó en fecha incorrecta se vuelve a publicar integramente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Notificaciones relativas a procedimientos de liquidación respecto del impuesto sobre construcciones, instalaciones y obras”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Intentada por dos veces la práctica de notificaciones a las personas y Entidades que posteriormente se relacionarán, relativas a procedimientos de liquidación, respecto del IMPUESTO SOBRE CONSTRUCCIONES, INSTALACIONES Y OBRAS, instruidos por la Oficina Municipal Gestora del citado Impuesto, y no habiendo podido tener efecto por causas no imputables a la Administración Tributaria Municipal, se cita a los interesados o sus representantes para que, en el plazo de quince días naturales, contados a partir del siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, comparezcan en la citada Oficina (Edificio Ayuntamiento - Sección Gestión Tributaria - C/ Julià Bujosa Sans, batle, 1 CALVIA), a los efectos de que les sea practicada la respectiva notificación, significándoles que, de no comparecer en el plazo citado, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales desde el día siguiente al del vencimiento del plazo señalado para comparecer. Ello de conformidad a lo dispuesto en el Artº 112, de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de Diciembre, General Tributaria”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
