    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 20.4 del Decreto 86/2008, de 1 de agosto, por el que se despliegan y se regulan los procesos electorales de las federaciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares, el 4 de marzo de 2013 la Dirección General de Deportes ha ratificado a D. Torcuato Vilchez Salom como Presidente de la Federació Balear de Colombofília.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con el precepto mencionado también se hace pública la composición de la Junta Directiva de la Federació Balear de Colombofília, que es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
