    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por Decreto de Presidencia número 2013000068 de fecha 28 de febrero de 2013, se ha dispuesto aceptar la renuncia, a petición propia, de la Sra. Laura Tur Ferrer, con DNI núm. 41.442.486-M, como secretaria técnica del Área de Economía, Bienestar Social y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Y por Decreto de Presidencia número 2013000069 de fecha 28 de febrero de 2013 se ha dispuesto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“Visto el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2013000068, de fecha de hoy, por el cual se ha aceptado la renuncia, a petición propia, de la Sra. Laura Tur Ferrer, como secretaria técnica del Área de Economía, Bienestar Social y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Visto que por Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2011000062, de 12 de julio de 2011, la Sra. Concepción Rebollo Laserna y el Sr. Vicente Guasch Torres fueron nombrados secretaria técnica del Área de Cultura, Turismo y Agricultura y secretario técnico del Área de Presidencia, respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Visto el artículo 9.w de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de Consejos Insulares,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;DISPONGO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Primero.- Nombrar a la Sra. Concepción Rebollo Laserna, con DNI núm. 41.437.112-J, secretaria técnica de Deportes y Juventud, funciones que ejercerá conjuntamente con las que ya viene ejerciendo como secretaria técnica del Área de Cultura, Turismo y Agricultura, con efectos del día 4 de marzo de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Segundo.- Nombrar al Sr. Vicente Guasch Torres, con DNI núm. 41.438.471-S, secretario técnico de Economía y Hacienda, y de Sanidad y Bienestar Social, funciones que ejercerá conjuntamente con las que ya viene ejerciendo como secretario técnico del Área de Presidencia, con efectos del día 4 de marzo de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tercero.- Dar traslado de este Decreto a las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cuarto.- Publicar este decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares a efectos de general conocimiento.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
