    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el “Butlletí Oficial de las Illes Balears” nº 37 de fecha 19 de marzo de 2013, se ha publicado el “Procedimiento Ordinario 201/2011” cuyo texto no se corresponde con el original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por ello, de conformidad con el artículo 105.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, del Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, modificada por la “Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, debe enmendarse el error, por lo que se publica integramente :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Juzgado de lo Social nº 3 de Palma de Mallorca&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D/Dª&amp;nbsp; PAULA MATEO ERROZ, Secretario/a Judicial del Juzgado de lo Social nº 003 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 0000201 /2011 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª MANUEL MALLA CAGUANA contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; PULISAMAR SL, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 14.2pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 14.2pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que, estimando la demanda origen de las presentes actuaciones, promovida por &lt;strong&gt;DON MANUEL MESIAS MALLA CAGUANA, &lt;/strong&gt;frente &lt;strong&gt;a PULISAMAR, S.L.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;sobre reclamación de &lt;strong&gt;CANTIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;, debo condenar y condeno a la empresa demandada a que abone a la parte actora la cantidad de 1.442,38&amp;nbsp; €, por los conceptos de la demanda, mas el 10% anual de dicha cantidad, en concepto de mora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 14.2pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma no cabe recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 14.2pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 14.2pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Diligencia de Publicación.- La extiendo yo la Sra. Secretaria para dar fe de que la anterior resolución se publicó en el día de su fecha, estando el Ilmo. Sr. Magistrado que la dictó celebrando Audiencia Pública. Reitero fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;PULISAMAR &lt;/strong&gt;SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
