    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por resolución de Alcaldía núm. 331 de fecha 15 de marzo de 2013, se ha aprobado el expediente de contratación de las obras relativas al &amp;quot;Proyecto de Remodelación del paseo peatonal de la Playa de Alcudia Sector I (marzo 2013)&amp;quot;, mediante procedimiento abierto y vía de urgencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conforme con lo dispuesto en el artículo 188.3 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, se exponen al público los Pliegos de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares por un plazo de 5 días naturales, contados desde el siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB. Simultáneamente se inicia el procedimiento de licitación, si bien éste se suspenderá cuando se presenten reclamaciones durante dichos plazos en los supuestos en que sea necesario para resolver las cuestiones planteadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
