 &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;t – por ausencia, desconocido o ignorante el paradero de l’interesado – la resolución que a continuación se adjunta, de acuerdo con lo que dispone l’artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se procede a publicarla mediante inserción del presente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el Tablón de edictos del Ayuntamiento correspondiente a sus últimos domicilios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;NOTIFICACIÓN DE RESOLUCIÓN DE LA REGIDURIA DE URBANISMO NÚM. 407/2013 DE INICIO DE EXPEDIENTE DE CADUCIDAD.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Conforme a lo que dispone el articulo 192.2 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre,&amp;nbsp; por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades locales, le comunico que el Regidor del área de Urbanismo en fecha 27 de febrero&amp;nbsp; de 2013, ha dictado la siguiente Resolución:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto las delegaciones de competencia hacia esta Regiduría de urbanismo otorgadas por el Decreto de Alcaldía 1253/2011 de fecha 14 de junio de 2011 y a la vista del informe jurídico emitido por el asesor jurídico del área de urbanismo del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, en fecha 27 de febrero de 2013.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Decretar el INICIO DEL EXPEDIENTE DE CADUCIDAD DE LA LICENCIA DE OBRA MA 175/99, el titular de la cual es el/la Sr./Sra. &lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt; 
 &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; 
 &lt;/lock-temp&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notificar la presente resolución a las personas interesadas, adjuntándoles una copia del informe técnico y haciéndoles saber que de acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 84 de la LRJPAC, los interesados podrán consultar el expediente y presentar alegaciones en el plazo de 10 días, a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de la notificación de la presente resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
