    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Muro, en sesión ordinaria de día 11 de marzo de 2013 acordó:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PRIMERO. Aprobar las bases reguladoras que deben regir la convocatoria pública de subvenciones relativas a estudios universitarios y ciclos de grado superior para el curso 2012-2013 en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES DE LA CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDA A ESTUDIOS SUPERIORES (CARRERAS UNIVERSITARIAS, MÁSTERS UNIVERSITARIOS Y CICLOS FORMATIVOS DE GRADO SUPERIOR DE FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Esta convocatoria tiene como finalidad convocar para el curso académico 2012-2013 ayudas al estudio destinadas a estudios superiores (estudiantes universitarios de carreras de primer ciclo, de segundo ciclo o de primer y segundo ciclo, másters universitarios y estudiantes de Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El periodo de ejecución de esta convocatoria de ayuda es para el curso académico 2012-2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durante el ejercicio presupuestario de 2013, el Ayuntamiento de Muro destina a las ayudas objeto de esta convocatoria 15.000 €, con cargo a la partida 13.322.48907 del presupuesto de gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Requisitos para acogerse a esta ayuda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBLIGACIONES FISCALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para presentarse a esta convocatoria es imprescindible estar al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales con el Ayuntamiento en el período de solicitud de la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. RESIDENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los solicitantes deberán acreditar ser residentes en el municipio de Muro antes del 30 de junio de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. REQUISITOS ACADÉMICOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Estar matriculados en el curso académico 2012-2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Presentar las notas correspondientes al curso académico 2011-2012 y haber superado el 30% de los créditos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) En caso que el año anterior el estudiante no haya cursado estudios, las notas a aportar son las del último año cursado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;CUANTÍA DE LAS AYUDAS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estudiantes universitarios que cursen los estudios en las Islas Baleares: 200 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estudiantes universitarios que cursen los estudios fuera de las Islas: 400 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estudiantes que cursen los ciclos formativos de grado superior de Formación Profesional: 100 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Criterios específicos de valoración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Además de la cantidad asignada según los estudios que realicen, también se incrementará en la cantidad de 50 €, si están en las siguientes situaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Familia numerosa: presentar justificación de familia numerosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Familias en las que el sustentador principal se encuentre en el paro y no reciba prestaciones ya sean contributivas o no contributivas. Documento a aportar: Certificado del INEM que indique que el sustentador principal no recibe ninguna prestación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;* También se incrementará con 50 €, si los dos miembros principales de la familia principal se encuentren en paro (ej. El padre y la madre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las situaciones familiares excepcionales serán valoradas por Trabajador Social del Ayuntamiento de Muro, previa solicitud. Para pedir hora puede llamar al 971 53 79 91&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las ayudas serán aprobadas por la Junta de Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El importe de las ayudas concedidas será abonado a los beneficiarios por el Ayuntamiento de Muro a través de transferencia bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Corresponde a la Junta de Gobierno la interpretación de estas bases y la potestad de modificar las cuantías estipuladas en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se podrán presentar en el Ayuntamiento de Muro, del 12 de marzo a 12 de abril de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se harán efectivas a través de la presentación de una instancia que les facilitará el Ayuntamiento y deberán incluir los datos necesarios para la correcta identificación de la persona. A estas instancias se deberá adjuntar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Modelo solicitud (Anexo I)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Declaración jurada de aceptación de las bases de la convocatoria (Anexo II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Fotocopia del Documento Nacional de Identidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Certificación de estar al corriente con las obligaciones tributarias (Anexo III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Fotocopia validada del comprobante de haber quedado matriculado para cursar estudios en universidades públicas o privadas, a centros de titularidad pública adscritos a universidades públicas o centros adscritos a la UIB, durante el curso 2012-2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f) Certificación de las calificaciones obtenidas (junio y septiembre) del último curso académico realizado (2011-2012), expedida por el centro donde el solicitante haya cursado sus estudios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) Certificado de empadronamiento, con indicación de los años de residente en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;h) Otros documentos que el solicitante crea que debe aportar para que se tengan en cuenta y puedan acreditar su situación en los puntos descritos en la fase de las situaciones familiares (ej. Familia numerosa, familiar en situación de desempleo) .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las ayudas serán compatibles con las concedidas en el marco del programa estatal y autonómico de becas y ayudas al estudio para el curso 2012-2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. REVOCACIÓN DE AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El solicitante se compromete a facilitar información verdadera y fidedigna y autoriza al Ayuntamiento de Muro para que pueda hacer las comprobaciones necesarias. Si se descubriera en algún momento que incurrió en la ocultación o falseamiento de datos, la adjudicación de esta ayuda podría ser revocada y se exigiría el retorno de la cantidad concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;También se revocará la ayuda y exigirá el retorno de la cantidad concedida en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Cuando el estudiante se dé de baja en los estudios por los que había solicitado la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Cuando el estudiante modifique el número de créditos matriculados y sean inferiores al número mínimo exigido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La solicitud de esta ayuda supone aceptar las bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
