    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por no haberse podido realizar las notificaciones en los domicilios que figuran en los respectivos expedientes, no haber contestado a los avisos dejados y no tener otros donde llevarlas a cabo, y de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 59.4 i 61 de la Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y Procedimiento Administrativo Común, por el presente edicto se comunica que, a la vista de los expedientes que se están tramitando en el Ayuntamiento en los que se pone de manifiesto el estado de abandono de los vehículos que se indican a continuación, estacionados durante más de un mes en las calles que se señalan y de los que según las investigaciones realizadas son titulares las personas que a continuación se relacionan, se les requiere para que en el plazo de un mes procedan a retirar los vehículos con la advertencia de que, en caso de no hacerlo, se procederá a su tratamiento como residuo doméstico, con traslado al Centro Autorizado de Tratamiento de Vehículos para su posterior destrucción y descontaminación o, si por la Alcaldía se considera pertinente, a la adjudicación de los vehículos a los servicios de vigilancia y control del tráfico; todo de conformidad con el artículo 86 del Real Decreto Legislativo 339/1990, de 2 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto articulado de la Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad vial. Asimismo, se procederá a iniciar expediente sancionador por infracción grave, con una sanción de hasta 45.000 € en virtud de los artículos 46.3.c y 47.b.1 de la Ley 22/2011, de 28 de julio, de Residuos y Suelos Contaminados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Este es un acto de trámite y como tal no procede contra el mismo interposición de recurso alguno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los correspondientes expedientes obran en poder de la Policía Local de Sant Lluís.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
