&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;(*) No estan inclosos els interessos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El hecho que motiva dicha resolución responde a la falta de pago de las cuotas correspondientes al servicio de suministro domiciliario de agua potable al domicilio,&amp;nbsp; importe y periodos relacionados anteriormente, lo cual puede ser calificado como infracción de la obligación que impone a los abonados el artículo 40º de la Ordenanza municipal reguladora del servicio, infracción que puede ser sancionada con suspensión del suministro o con la rescisión del contrato, conforme establece el artículo 48º de la misma Ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Intentada la notificación personal a los interesados, y no habiendo resultado ésta posible por alguna de las causas a que se refiere el artículo 59.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre,&amp;nbsp; y que constan en los correspondientes expedientes, se publica&amp;nbsp; en el&amp;nbsp; tablón de edictos del último domicilio conocido y en el BOIBel anuncio de la resolución citada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Teniente de Alcalde, en uso de las atribuciones que le fueron delegadas por la Alcaldía mediante Decreto de 14 de junio de 2011, y aceptando la propuesta formulada por el Instructor, ha decretado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Declarar a los contribuyentes reseñados en la citada relación, autores de una falta por incumplimiento de la obligación que le impone el artículo 40º de la Ordenanza reguladora del servicio de suministro domiciliario de agua potable, por falta de pago de los recibos correspondientes a los períodos que van desde septiembre-octubre/2010 a julio-agosto/2012

  &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;relación, aplicando a la misma la sanción prevista en el artículo 48º de la misma Ordenanza consistente en la suspensión provisional del suministro 
  &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt; en los domicilios donde están ubicados los respectivos contadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Trasladar esta resolución a la empresa concesionaria p 
  &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;ara que a partir de la misma proceda a hacer efectiva la suspensión del suministro a los abonados mencionados en la relación adjunta, así como a los abonados con indicación de los recursos que caben contra la misma. A tal efecto, con carácter previo a ejecutar lo ordenado, deberá comprobar si el abonado ha regularizado los pagos correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra el anterior acuerdo, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, cabe interponer, con carácter potestativo, recurso de reposición ante la Alcaldía, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el art. 116 de la Ley&amp;nbsp; 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, según la redacción dada al mismo por la Ley 4/99, de 13 de enero. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, no pudiendo, en este caso, interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El recurso de reposición potestativo deberá presentarse en el Registro General de este Ajuntament o en las dependencias a que se refiere el Art. 38.4º de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, antes citada, y se entenderá desestimado cuando no se haya resuelto y notificada la Resolución en el término de un mes, a contar del día siguiente a su interposición, quedando en este caso expedita la Vía Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De no utilizar el Recurso Potestativo de Reposición, cabe interponer directamente Recurso Contencioso-Administrativo, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo anteriormente citado, y a los artículos 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/98, de 13&amp;nbsp; de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa ante el la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
