&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el procedimiento de referencia se ha dictado la resolución del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;SENTENCIA: 00015/2013&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 21 de febrero de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vistos por mí, Dª CRISTINA ESCRIBANO GONZÁLEZ, Magistrado-Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 21 de los de Palma de Mallorca y su partido, los presentes autos de Juicio Verbal nº 823/12, en materia de reclamación de cantidad por pago por controversia , instados por CONSORCIO DE COMPENSACIÓN DE SEGUROS, cuya representación se ejerce por el Procurador de los Tribunales, Letrado Sustituto del Abogado del Estado y su defensa por el Letrado,&amp;nbsp; contra HILO DIRECT SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS SA y Dª KAREN PANADES CAZIER, en situación de rebeldía procesal, ha recaído sobre los mismos la presente resolución judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ESTIMO íntegramente la demanda formulada por el Letrado Sustituto del Abogado del Estado, en nombre y representación del CONSORCIO DE COMPENSACIÓN DE SEGUROS contra HILO DIRECT SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS, y en concreto la acción principal ejercitada contra la anterior, y debo CONDENAR Y CONDENO&amp;nbsp; a dicha demandada a abonar a la actora la cantidad de 705’55 euros, l más los intereses legales, incrementados en un 25 por 100, desde la fecha en que abonó la indemnización el CONSORCIO DE COMPENSACIÓN DE SEGUROS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Todo ello con expresa imposición de las costas a la entidad demandada, si las hubiere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Líbrese testimonio de la presente resolución para unirlo a las actuaciones, incorporando el original al Libro de Sentencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese la presente resolución a las partes, haciéndoles sabe que contra la misma, NO CABE RECURSO ALGUNO al tratarse de una sentencia dictada en juicio verbal de cuantía inferior a 3.000 euros, ex art. 455.1 Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi Sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.- La anterior Sentencia fue leída y publicada por la Sra. Magistrado-Juez que la suscribe, estando celebrando Audiencia Pública, el día de la fecha; doy fe. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de KAREN PANADES CAZIER, se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PALMA DE MALLORCA a veintisiete de Febrero de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
