    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Puesto que no ha sido posible notificar las resoluciones de los expedientes sancionadores que se relacionan a continuación, instruidos por la Consejería de Turismo y Deportes por presuntas infracciones administrativas en materia de turismo, en ejecución de lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común,&amp;nbsp; se notifica a las personas que también se indican a continuación que se ha decidido declarar que es procedente sobreseer las actuaciones iniciadas contra estos expedientes sancionadores, declarar la inexistencia de responsabilidad i archivar los presentes expedientes sancionadores. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se comunica que, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 53 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la CAIB, y el artículo 109 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, estas resoluciones ponen fin a la vía administrativa y, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 116 de la Ley 30/1992, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición frente al órgano competente, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la notificación de las resoluciones, o directamente recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos mesas a contar desde el día siguiente al de la notificación de las resoluciones, de acuerdo con los artículos 8 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción de lo contencioso administrativo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
