    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se hace público que la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en sesión de caracter ordinario de 18 de febrero de 2013, adoptó, entre otros el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/b&gt; Aprobar el establecimiento del precio público para participar en las VII Jornadas de Educación Infantil de Menorca&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;la tarifa siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/b&gt; Señalar que tienen la obligación de pagar este precio público las personas que participen en las Jornadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Este&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;precio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;público&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;debe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;satisfacerse&lt;/span&gt; antes de la prestación de la actividad, de manera que no podrá accederse a las Jornadas sin acreditar el pago correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/b&gt; En el supuesto de falta de pago de este precio público, su importe podrá exigirse por el procedimiento de apremio y los actos que se deriven se adaptarán a lo previsto en el Reglamento general de recaudación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
