&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Habiéndose intentado, por los medios legalmente establecidos, la notificación personal de las resoluciones de finalización del procedimiento sancionador por infracción administrativa de la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, Balear de caza y pesca fluvial, y no existiendo constancia en los expedientes de su recepción por las personas interesadas, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de les Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, por el presente anuncio, se pone en conocimiento de las personas que se indican a continuación, que se ha dictado resolución de finalización del procedimiento sancionador debido al reconocimiento voluntario de responsabilidad por parte del infractor advirtiéndoles de que la resolución no pone fin a la vía administrativa y que contra la misma se podrá interponer recurso de alzada ante la Presidenta del Consell de Mallorca en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
