    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno Insular de Formentera, en sesión de 22 de febrer de 2013, aprobó las bases que seguidamente se transcriben&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;BASES QUE HA DE REGIR LA CONCESIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS PARA LA CONVOCATORIA DE BECAS DE ESTUDIOS PARA ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS DE FORMENTERA, CURSO 2012–2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Atendida la importancia del estudio en la formación de las personas y atendiendo el elevado coste que tienen para las familias de la isla de Formentera los estudios de sus hijos e hijas, teniendo en cuenta el importante gasto en matrícula y materiales, y atendiendo asimismo que Formentera no tiene una oferta universitaria y, por tanto hay un gran numero de personas que cursan sus estudios fuera de la isla, es por eso que el Consell Insular de Formentera quiere poner en marcha una línea de ayudas para fomentar los estudios de los estudiantes de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta convocatoria quiere contribuir a hacer que, por un lado, los y las nuestros estudiantes puedan enriquecer su curriculum educativo y, por otro lado, que se puedan garantizar las condiciones de igualdad en el ejercicio del derecho a la educación por tal que todos los y las estudiantes disfruten de las mismas oportunidades cursando estudios universitarios fuera de la isla, con título de carácter oficial y con validez oficial en todo el Estado español.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Objeto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es objeto de esta convocatoria la concesión de becas, para el curso académico 2012–2013 a las personas, con domicilio familiar en la isla de Formentera, que cursen estudios universitarios presénciales en centros públicos, con titulo de carácter oficial y con validez en todo el Estado español.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Dotación económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El importe que se destina a esta convocatoria es de &lt;/span&gt;ocho mil setecientos cincuenta euros (8.750,00 euros), a cargo de la partida 334.48000 &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;de los presupuestos correspondientes al ejercicio 2013. La cuantía de las becas convocadas será de 1.250€ (mil doscientos cincuenta euros) cada una.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- Personas beneficiarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Únicamente pueden ser beneficiarios de esta convocatoria los estudiantes con domicilio familiar en la isla de Formentera que se hayan matriculado, durante el curso 2012–2013, de los estudios previstos en la base segunda tanto si son matrículas anuales como si son cuatrimestrales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En ningún caso podrán obtener beca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Los/Las estudiantes que, en formalizar la matrícula, no lleguen al 80% del número entero que resulte de dividir el total de asignaturas o créditos de que conste el plan de estudios entre el número de años que lo componen. Las asignaturas o créditos convalidados y adaptados no se tendrán en cuenta a ningún efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Las personas que incurran en algunos de los supuestos de exclusión previstos en la cláusula décima de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Aquellas personas en que concurra alguna de las causas previstas en el artículo 9 del decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, y el articulo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- Régimen jurídico y justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La concesión de la subvención se llevará a cabo mediante el régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por las presentes bases, por la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de 12 diciembre, que aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y por la Ley estatal 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, en aquello que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el marco de aquello que prevé el artículo 39.7 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, la justificación de estas ayudas se produce por el hecho de reunir los requisitos para ser beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las becas concedidas en esta convocatoria serán incompatibles con otras becas concedidas por el mismo concepto por otras administraciones u otras entidades públicas o privadas. No obstante esto, serán compatibles con las ayudas destinadas a sufragar gastos por desplazamiento desde la isla de Formentera hasta la localidad de estudio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el caso que se conceda la beca objeto de esta convocatoria, la persona beneficiaria deberá presentar una declaración jurada (Anexo II de esta convocatoria) en que conste que no ha recibido ninguna otra por el mismo concepto o, por el contrario, si prefiere obtener alguna de otra institución o entidad, deberá renunciar a la beca que le haya concedido el Consell Insular de Formentera, mediante escrito dirigido a este.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.- Documentación a presentar con la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las solicitudes deberán formularse en el impreso que se facilitará por el Consell Insular de Formentera en la oficina de atención al Ciudadano O.A.C, y en la página web www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat. Para poder optar a la beca, juntamente con el citado impreso, &lt;em&gt;&lt;u&gt;se deberá de acompañar la siguiente documentación &lt;strong&gt;original o copia compulsada&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Documentación Obligatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Presentar cumplimentado el impreso normalizado (Anexo V) con los datos pertinentes de todas las personas que conviven en el mismo domicilio. En este impreso se indica la posibilidad de dar autorización al Consell Insular de Formentera para acceder a la información fiscal, si esta no se concede, se debera presentar certificado de ingresos expedido por la agencia tributaria de todas las personas que conviven en el mismo domicilio i que sean mayores de 16 años. Respecto a la presentación de este certificado de ingresos, será expedido por la agencia estatal de la administración &lt;strong&gt;tributaria validado: por el banco, agencia tributaria, confirmación validada por Internet.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Certificación académica de las notas del último curso realizado por la persona solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Certificación de matrícula del curso académico en que se encuentra, expedida por la secretaria del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- Plan de estudios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- Fotocopia del DNI. En el caso de alumno extranjero: fotocopia del pasaporte juntamente con el NIE, o tarjeta de residencia. En el caso que el DNI no figure la localidad del domicilio el municipio de Formentera, certificado de convivencia que acredite la vecindad administrativa de la persona solicitante y el numero de personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.- Declaración responsable de la persona solicitante de no estar sometida a ninguna causa de responsabilidad o prohibición de obtener ayudas o subvenciones, de acuerdo con el articulo 9 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y el articulo 13 de la nombrada Ley 38/2003 (incluida en la redacción del Anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.- Declaración responsable en relación con la solicitud de beca a otra administración o entidad pública o privada (Anexo II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.- Además, el/la cabeza de familia deberá de presentar una declaración jurada (Anexo III de esta convocatoria) de todos los miembros que conviven en el domicilio familiar, en la cual consten el nombre y los apellidos de cada uno de los miembros, la edad y el número de documento nacional de identidad si lo tienen (lo tendrá que firmar el/la cabeza de familia)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.- Impreso de solicitud de transferencia bancaria del Consell Insular de Formentera. El/la solicitante tiene que figurar necesariamente como titular o cotitular de la cuenta bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Documentación Opcional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Matrícula de los hermanos o hermanas que también estudien fuera de Formentera, al efecto de poder puntuar según los baremos que se detallan en esta convocatoria (base novena, 1º b), si es el caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- En el caso de situaciones de riesgo, la documentación que lo acredite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.- Plazo y lugar de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- El plazo de presentación de solicitudes se iniciara el día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el BOIB, hasta el 30 de abril de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las solicitudes y la información complementaria para obtener la beca regulada en esta convocatoria podrán presentarse:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- En el Registro General del Consell Insular de Formentera, Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano O.A.C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Así mismo, se podrá emplear cualquiera de los medios previstos en el art. 38.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común (LRJPAC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.- Enmienda de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dentro del plazo de 30 días, contados desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, el Consell dará a conocer, mediante la publicación en el tablón de anuncios del Consell, una lista donde se requerirá a las personas interesadas para que en el plazo de 10 días, si la solicitud y/o la documentación tiene algún defecto, la enmienden de acuerdo con lo que dispone el art. 71.1 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común (LRJPAC), y se les advertirá que, en el caso de no hacerlo, se considerará desestimada su petición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;También se hará publicidad de estos requerimientos en la pagina web &lt;/span&gt;www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.- Criterios que han de servir de base a la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Para la obtención de puntos con el criterio de renta de la unidad familiar, la Administración (Anexo V) ha de solicitar de la agencia estatal de la Administración Tributaria el certificado de la declaración anual del IRPF correspondiente al ejercicio 2011 a los efectos pertinentes. En el caso de que la persona interesada exprese su negativa para esta consulta, ha de presentar certificado o los certificados de la Agencia estatal de la Administración Tributaria donde se haga constar la casilla 455 de la declaración del IRPF del ejercicio 2011. A efectos de baremación, se ha de tener en cuenta el salarió mínimo interprofesional del 2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Criterios que deben servir de base a la concesión de las subvenciones Se tendrán en cuenta a la hora de valorar las peticiones los siguientes criterios o valoraciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1º.- La situación económica familiar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Renta anual de la unidad familiar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Renta anual familiar por cápita inferior o igual a 8.979,60€. 20 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Renta anual familiar por cápita inferior o igual a 17.959,20€. 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Renta anual familiar por cápita inferior o igual a 26.938,80€. 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Número de hermanos del solicitante que realicen sus estudios fuera de Formentera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Tres o más estudiantes 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Dos estudiantes 8 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Un estudiante 6 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Situaciones familiares con necesidades especiales o de riesgo (siempre que estas necesidades sean comprobables y las hayan demostrado documentalmente los interesados) Se podrá otorgar hasta un máximo de 6 puntos. A los efectos de este apartado, se entiende por situaciones de riesgo los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Variaciones socioeconómicas evidentes entre el año fiscal anterior y el actual (si el estudiante acontece huérfano / huérfana, si algún miembro de la unidad familiar acontece viudo / viuda o padece algún tipo de discapacidad temporal o enfermedad de larga duración): 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Cabeza de familia con discapacidad 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Cónyuge del cabeza de familia con discapacidad 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- Hermano/a con discapacidad 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- Estudiante con discapacidad física o sensorial 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2º.- Nota media del último curso realizado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Matrícula de honor (10), que se valorará como 10: 20 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Excelente (de 9 a 9,99), que se valorará como 9: 15 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Notable (de 7 a 8,99), que se valorará como 7: 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- Bien (de 6 a 6,99), que se valorará como 6: 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- Aprobado (de 5 a 5,99), que se valorará como 5: 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;[Cualquier calificación entre 0 i 4,99 se considerará como suspenso]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las asignaturas a las cuales el solicitante no se haya matriculado o presentado se considerarán como una asignatura más y se baremarán, para la nota media, como una asignatura suspendida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Atendiendo a lo anterior y de acuerdo con la puntuación que resulte tras la valoración de las peticiones, se formularan las propuestas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En caso de empate en el número obtenido en la puntuación total y no habiendo consignación suficiente para todas las solicitudes, se dirimirán los empates haciendo prevalecer los expedientes académicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10.- Circunstancias en las que no se baremarán las solicitudes de beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Son causas de exclusión y no se baremarán aquellas solicitudes en las qué concurra cualquiera de estos supuestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Casos en los que la renta de la unidad familiar sea superior a los 26.938,80€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Cursos con nota media de suspenso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Solicitudes que no aporten toda la documentación requerida, una vez cumplido el trámite previsto en la base octava de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;11.- Casos especiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las solicitudes de casos especiales no previstos en estas bases serán objeto de resolución puntual por parte de la Comisión de Gobierno, a propuesta de la consejería encargada de la instrucción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;12.- Instrucción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El órgano instructor del procedimiento es el área de Cultura i Patrimonio del Consell, que debe llevar a término las actuaciones necesarias para la determinación, el conocimiento y la comprobación de los datos en virtud de los cuales se debe dictar resolución, en el marco del artículo 16 Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En concreto, corresponde al órgano instructor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Determinar las personas admitidas a la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Resolver las dudas de interpretación que puedan surgir en relación a las bases reguladoras de la subvención y la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Solicitar el informe propuesta de la Comisión Evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Solicitar los informes que sean necesarios para elaborar la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. Requerir los documentos complementarios que se consideren necesarios para tener conocimiento de las circunstancias peculiares de cada caso, al efecto de garantizar la inversión correcta de los recursos presupuestarios destinados a las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;13.- Comisión Evaluadora resolución y publicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se constituye una Comisión Evaluadora, que debe ejercer las funciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Evaluar y calificar las solicitudes de acuerdo con los criterios y los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Formular informe propuesta de concesión de las ayudas, debidamente motivada, que debe servir de base para elaborar la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La composición de esta Comisión Evaluadora será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) President/a: consejero/a de Cultura y Patrimonio del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Secretaria: la secretaria del Consell o persona a quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Vocales: se designarán 3 vocales relacionados con el mundo educativo y cultural de la isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;14.- Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Con fundamento en el informe propuesta de la Comisión Evaluadora, corresponde a la Comisión de Gobierno, como órgano competente, la resolución de concesión y denegación de las ayudas, que expresará la lista de personas beneficiarias propuestas para el otorgamiento de subvención y su cuantía, así como de las solicitudes excluidas, con indicación de la causa de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La resolución de las becas de estudio se hará pública en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación, a los efectos previstos en el art. 59,6 b de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, y de conformidad con el art. 34, 2c del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;También se hará publicidad de la resolución de concesión de becas de estudios en la página web www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.- Recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La resolución de concesión de las ayudas por desplazamiento agota la vía administrativa y se podrá interponer recurso de reposición delante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.- Pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las ayudas que otorgue el Consell Insular se harán efectivas mediante transferencia bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;17.- Compatibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Estas ayudas serán compatibles con otras que se puedan recibir de otras administraciones o entidades, públicas o privadas, pero no por el mismo concepto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;18.- Verificación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias de las ayudas quedarán en general sometidas al régimen de obligaciones, intervenciones y sanciones que establecen la Ley estatal 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y otra normativa que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Son obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias, las estipuladas en el articulo 11 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y concretamente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación de la entidad que concede la ayuda y las de control financiero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Acreditar la realización de la actividad al Consell Insular así como el cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones que determinen la concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para conceder la ayuda podrá dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de la concesión. El importe de la ayuda otorgada por el Consell en ningún caso no podrá ser de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones o ayudas procedentes de cualquier administración o ente publico o privado, supere el coste de la actividad a realizar por la persona beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El incumplimiento de estas obligaciones por parte de las personas beneficiarias, o la alteración sustancial de las condiciones determinantes del otorgamiento de la ayuda o la concurrencia de las causas de reintegro previstas en el articulo 44 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones y en el artículo 37 de la ley 38/2003, podrá dar lugar al reintegro de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;19.- Publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Estas bases se publicarán en el BOIB y entrarán en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
