    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Celebrada la subasta el día &lt;/span&gt;21 de febrero de 2013 en primera y segunda licitación, y habiendo quedado&amp;nbsp; sin adjudicar&amp;nbsp; los bienes incluidos en el lote que al final se describe, se anuncia que de conformidad a lo dispuestos en los artículos 104.7 y 107 del Real Decreto 939/2005, de 29 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento General de Recaudación, queda abierto el trámite de adjudicación directa , por un plazo máximo de seis meses, &lt;strong&gt;a contar desde el día de la celebración de la subasta&amp;nbsp; y hasta el día 21 de agosto de 2013&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; o, si este no fuera hábil, hasta el inmediato hábil siguiente.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Habiendo sido los bienes objeto de subasta en primera y segunda licitación, &lt;strong&gt;no existirá precio mínimo de adjudicación.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt; &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;En función de las ofertas presentadas y previa deliberación de la mesa de subasta los bienes objeto de enajenación podrán no ser adjudicados si dichas ofertas no cumplen con las mejores condiciones económicas fijadas para la adjudicación directa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Las ofertas deberán presentarse en sobre cerrado en las Oficinas de Recaudación Municipal sitas en Edificio Polivalente Ayuntamiento Santa Eulalia del Río, C/ Mariano Riquer Wallis, 4 bajos y se admitirán hasta el día &lt;/span&gt;21 de agosto de 2013 o, si este no fuera hábil, hasta el inmediato hábil siguiente, de lunes a viernes y de 09:00 hasta las 13:00 horas. Copia de dicha oferta deberá presentarse al mismo tiempo en el registro general de la Oficina donde se celebra la venta por adjudicación directa y sita en C/ Mariano Riquer Wallis, 4 bajos.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;El oferente deberá indicar dentro del sobre: Nombre y apellidos o razón social o denominación completa, número identificación fiscal y&amp;nbsp; domicilio, teléfono, fax y/o e-mail.&amp;nbsp; Oferta que se presenta y que deberá ir acompañada del depósito indicado y, en su caso, la representación que ostente, siempre que resulte acreditada en forma fehaciente. Se adjuntará fotocopia NIE/NIF y documento que acredite la representación que ostenta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Las ofertas que se presenten deberán ir acompañadas de un depósito del 10 por 100 del tipo que sirvió para la subasta en primera licitación&amp;nbsp; y deberá constituirse mediante cheque&amp;nbsp; que deberá reunir además de los requisitos exigidos por la legislación mercantil,&amp;nbsp; los establecidos en el artículo 35. 1 del Reglamento General de Recaudación y que son los siguientes: a) Ser nominativo a favor de la Tesorería Municipal y cruzado. b) Estar conformado o certificado por la entidad librada, en&amp;nbsp; fecha y forma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
