&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la letra b), del nº 5 del artº 209 de la Ley General de la Seguridad Social, cuyo Texto Refundido fue aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1994, de 20 de junio (BOE nº 154, de 29 de Junio), ello supone una responsabilidad empresarial por la cuantía que se indicada en Euros, por el abono de una prestación por desempleo y que deberá deducirse de los salarios dejados de percibir que han de abonarse al citado trabajador, y se ingresará en la cuenta de recursos diversos de&amp;nbsp; Dirección Provincial de&amp;nbsp; Tesorería General de&amp;nbsp; Seguridad Social en Caja Madrid, sucursal 2038-9981-98-6000503657, comunicando tal ingreso a&amp;nbsp; Dirección Provincial del SPEE, mediante el correspondiente justificante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De no estar de acuerdo con esta notificación, dispone, conforme a lo dispuesto en la letra b), del nº 1, del artº 32 del Real Decreto 625/1985, de 2 de abril (BOE nº 109 de 7 de Mayo), del plazo de 10 días a partir de la notificación de la presente comunicación para formular por escrito las alegaciones que estime pertinentes. Transcurrido dicho plazo se emitirá la correspondiente Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
