    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Hacemos público que durante el plazo de exposición pública (BOIB n º 2 de 3 de enero de 2013) del acuerdo de aprobación del expediente 3/2012 de declaración de créditos no disponibles, no se ha presentado ninguna reclamación, por lo que se considera aprobado definitivamente, procediendo a la publicación del citado acuerdo de acuerdo con el artículo 177.2 del Real Decreto Ley 2/2004.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado los artículos 2 del RD Ley 20/2012, de medidas para garantizar la estabilidad presupuestaria y de fomento de la competitividad, y 22 de la Ley 2/2012, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para 2012, se inmoviliza la totalidad del saldo del crédito de las aplicaciones presupuestarias e importes que se detallan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra dicho acuerdo podrá interponerse recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación. El plazo para interponer, en su caso, recurso contencioso administrativo ante el juzgado del contencioso-administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, será de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la resolución expresa del recurso de reposición. Si no hubiese resolución expresa, el plazo será de seis meses, a contar desde la fecha en que se entienda desestimado por silencio el recurso de reposición&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
