9996 3720 es ![CDATA[<p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">El Ayuntamiento en Pleno, en sesión extraordinaria celebrada con fecha diecinueve de febrero de 2013 adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:</span></p> <p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">EXP. NÚM: 10/13</span></p> <p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">ASUNTO: SEGREGACIÓN I DESAFECTACIÓN DE LA PARCELA DONDE SE ENCUENTRA EMPLAZADO EL TANATORIO.</span></p> <p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">Dado que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en sesión extraordinaria, celebrada el cuatro de octubre de 2011 acordó aprobar inicialmente la modificación de los estatutos de la empresa funeraria municipal y la convalidación del acuerdo de constitución de la mencionada empresa.</span></p> <p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">Dado que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de fecha 23 de diciembre de 2011 acordó la aprobación definitiva de la modificación de los estatutos que fueron publicados en el B.O.I.B. 196 de fecha 31 de diciembre de 2011.</span></p> <p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">Dado que el Ayuntamiento es propietario de una parcela de 700m² donde se encuentra emplazado el tanatorio propiedad de la Empresa Funeraria Municipal.
