    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A los efectos del punto 4 del artículo 59 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y Procedimiento Administrativo Común (B.O.E. de 27.11.92), y por no haber dado razón en el domicilio conocido de Sr. D ANTONIO ROIG MARTI, propietario de la embarcación “ACESTES” matrícula 7-PM-1-1294-91, puesto de atraque número 018, Pantalán &amp;quot;C&amp;quot; de CA&amp;apos;N BARBARA en el Puerto de Palma, en el expediente “Expediente Incompleto” Ref: EI- 08/12, se le notifica lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;“Con fecha 31 de julio de 2012 le fue notificado escrito de “Actualización de la documentación requerida para el derecho a la utilización especial de instalaciones portuarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;”, &amp;nbsp;de la embarcación “&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;ACESTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;”, &amp;nbsp;matrícula &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;7-PM-1-1294-91&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;, &amp;nbsp;amarre número 0&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;18&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;, pantalán &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;quot;C&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;, de “&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;CA&amp;apos;N BARBARA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;”, motivado por el “Expediente Incompleto” Ref. EI - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;08/12.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;En fecha 07 de agosto de 2012 comparecido en Audiencia, manifestó su intención de aportar la documentación requerida&amp;nbsp; a los efectos de dar cumplimiento al apercibimiento previo de fecha 10 de julio de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Con fecha 07 de noviembre del 2012 nos comunica su renuncia a la prestación del servicio de atraque para su embarcación, llevándose a cabo la baja voluntaria en esa misma fecha, parece oportuno concluir las presentes actuaciones previas a la iniciación del procedimiento de rescisión del derecho a la utilización especial de instalaciones portuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Por todo ello, y atendiendo a las instrucciones para la autorización de uso de puesto de atraque en gestión directa por parte de esta Autoridad Portuaria de Baleares, es por lo que se le informa que se ha procedido al archivo de las actuaciones previas a la iniciación del procedimiento de rescisión del derecho a la utilización especial de instalaciones portuarias.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
